POOL HEATING:
The modern pool and spa at Byron by the Beach are solar and gas heated. Solar heating is a temperate 28-30 degrees and is included with your booking. Gas heating may be required in the winter months to run the pool at ideal warm temperatures. Gas heating for the Spa is complimentary for all stays. Additional charges apply for pool gas heating
Should you wish to ensure the pool/spa is gas heated during your stay you will need to advise us at the time of booking. Gas heating is an additional cost of $140 per day (min booking of 2+ days).

Please note:
(i) Additional charges apply ($140 per day) for gas pool heating but not solar heated pools or gas heated spa. Please inform Holiday Shacks if you wish to have gas pool heating at the time of booking to ensure this can be arranged for your stay. Guests must book pool heating for the duration of their stay.
(ii) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments.
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(iii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iv) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
(v) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
