Snowboarding get away for the family. Perfect for getting away from the crazy lines and traffic you see in SLC Canyons. We cooked all of our meals here -- easy in -out for lunch and back on the mountain 😍
Wonderful property that perfectly fitted our family of four. The property had all the toys and entertainment goodies for end of day fun. The property had more than what we expected in the way of cooking and kitchen accessories. Being able to ski and ski out was amazing - what a fun family vacation…thank you for the memories!

Great location!
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of games to play. the location was ideal so we could come and go from the slopes easily. Firewood provided which added a cozy touch and the community game room and jacuzzi were a nice evening option. Internet connection was a little rough which made watching football hard and the people above us sounded as if they were moving furniture around every morning and night. We definitely would stay here again though!

It was fine. Master bed felt smaller than a queen. Bring extra bedding and sleeping pads if you have more than 6 people.
My daughter graduated from SUU on this last Friday and one of her favorite places to be has always been Brian Head with the dream of renting a cabin. So this weekend that dream came true when we surprised with this little family getaway. This was the first time we have done a rental and were blown away. Completely exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, clean, cozy with everything you would need plus more! Memories to last a lifetime and we will definitely do this again! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!
We enjoyed the condo at Giant steps! Cute and clean place. All the dishes, condiments you need in a VRBO. Really useful ski equipment closet and boot area! Nice pool table and ping pong in the HOA area.Couple of things to be aware of…condo is ski in ski out only if you are blue/black skier. Not hard to drive to Navajo mountain tho. Also primary bedroom only has a queen bed. It could use a few more bath towels. Thanks for the stay!
It would be nice if the owners emptied the ski closet so we had somewhere to put our equipment.

Great Place!
I have stayed in many ski resorts and many VRBOs that claim ski in and ski out and you get there and they really are not. This unit is truly ski in and ski out so we really appreciated that. We could walk to the General store, coffee shop, pizza place, etc. as well as the ski lift! I have to give kudos to Michelle who so graciously supplied us with any and all information we requested and was more than helpful when we hit town to guide us to the right building without us even asking! It made life much easier for us since this was our first time in Brian Head. Also, her recommendations on the different ski runs were much appreciated and proved to be right on! Thanks Michelle. The unit was clean, kitchen well equipped, beds were extremely comfortable and the fireplace was a very nice addition! Also the TV was gigantic!Thank you for a great weekend!
Great location for ski in ski out. Right by Giant Steps Mountain and the tubing mountain which was great for the kids. No elevator in the building which was a little bit of a hassle with all the bags and winter gear but we made it work. Rental was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was good and check in went fine. Only thing I would change would be the detergent used to wash the bedding and blankets. All the bedding had a very very strong smell of downy, tide and probably febreeze too. The smell was very overwhelming from the time we walked in and it was difficult to sleep without getting a headache. Besides that everything was good and I would stay here again.
Best thing about this rental is the location! Literally walk out the door and you are at the Giant Steps tubing and lifts. Communication with Evolve was great, they even texted me a few hours before check-in to let me know it was ready. Be prepared for several flights of stairs from garage though. The dumbwaiter didn’t work so that was a little rough. Condo was nice enough; kitchen had many amenities such as coffee, salt n pepper, silverware, plates, mixing bowls, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Everything you need. Also, alot of board games and the couch is super comfy. We also enjoyed the community game room and hot tub/sauna. Condo could probably use some more hooks for all the snow jackets and the whole place was carpeted so a plastic mat would have been nice to put boots.

This is the best property we have stayed at so far in Brian Head. This is a true ski-in/ski-out condo close to Giant Steps. We skied all day and then relaxed in the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked too include K-cups! Free firewood was also provided for the fireplace. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
We had a nice time but the couch had a bad smell and the beds upon arrival were not made properly untidy like someone slept in them. Overall we had a nice time. The weather was good and ski conditions were perfect.

Lacked Cleanliness
The service and booking process were great! The lack of cleanliness however disrupted our stay. The main bathroom had used towels and the toilet (under seat) was dirty. The kitchen was NOT clean. I had to wipe down all counters and fridge. Had crumbs and filth on wipes. There were open bags of sugar and a cup of bacon grease in the spice cabinet. I had to wash all pans prior to using. Couch had crumbs and popcorn under cushions. Really just made me feel NOT comfortable hanging out in condo during our trip.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Do not recommend- lacked cleanliness
Need new cleaning service. Main bathroom had used towels in it still hanging. Toilet was dirty (under seat). Master bath shower was dirty and needed to rinse hairs off walls. Kitchen required complete wipe down (dust and crumbs on counter). Oven looks like it has never been cleaned. Cup of used bacon grease in cupboard with condiments in it. BBQ was inoperable. Tons of crumb’s and popcorn in seat cushions of couch. Overall did not enjoy stay due to lack of cleanliness. Would not stay here again.
If you’re wondering where to stay…THIS is the place! It’s conveniently located next door to Giant Steps and has amazing parking in a covered garage. The owner is absolutely incredible with communicating and I could text anytime. Everything you need is here including fire wood for the fireplace, a huge comfortable couch and one of the largest tv’s we’ve ever had at a vacation rental. We skied, had come food at the Lodge and then relaxed by the fire. Definitely making another trip soon!
