The Villa Voltor with its dream location offers everything. It is probably the most beautiful present on the entire Costa de Canymel with its views. On the top level you will find a tasteful living room with sofa, fireplace, digital satellite / HD TV, I-pod device, Internet radio, DVD and music system, wifi / wireless is free. A high quality kitchen offers the most modern comfort. The pool terrace of about 100 square meters (pool about 30 m2), is equipped with sun loungers, garden table and barbecue. The sea view to the east gives an indescribable panoramic view over the bay of Canyamel to the neighboring island of Menorca.
On the same level are the guest WC, the 1. Bedroom "(about 12 sqm) with bath en suite, SAT TV, private exit to the pool terrace. At the middle level this is the 2. Bedroom "with bath en suite. The large bedroom of about 30 m2, satellite TV and extra bed is on the lowest floor / bathroom en suite. Basement with storage room, washing machine and dryer. Auszeit mit Panorama-Meerblick

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Villa und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Henning ist ein großartiger Gastgeber - er hat uns vorher mit vielen Informationen versorgt und hat unter der Woche vorbei geschaut, ob alles gut ist. Super einfache und schnelle Kommunikation! Amazing seaview

Amazing seaviews from the terrace over the bay. Henning is very nice and he take care of the house and their guests with love and he also fixed a babychair when we asked. The house has everything you need. A.good restaurant nearby ”Porxada de sa Torre”, 5 min by car. On wensdays they play livemusic. Best regards from family Larssons

Wir haben in den letzten 20 Jahren viele Ferienwohnungen gesehen und genossen, sowohl in den schönsten Gebieten der Toskana als auch auf Mallorca. Diese ist in Bezug auf Zustand, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Lage mit großem Anstand die beste und - wie die anderen Beurteiler bereits geschrieben haben - jeden Cent wert! Wir sind ziemlich kritische Urlauber und haben uns hier nicht zuletzt durch die herzliche Betreuung durch Henning superwohl gefühlt. In diesem Jahr bereits zum vierten Mal. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist bereits gebucht! Also, wenn noch etwas frei sein sollte: Sofort zuschlagen! :-)

Mein bisher schönster Urlaub

War mit guten Freunden das erste mal in Canyamel und es gefiehl mir einfach super. Ein herrlicher Ausblick auf die Bucht und ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel Komfort. So hätte ich es mir nicht zu träumen gewagt, dass wir so herrliche Tage dort verbringen. Selbst mit 7 Personen ist das Haus immer noch geräumig. Gern komme ich wieder.

Immer wieder ein traumhaft entspannter Urlaub

Ja, das haben wir uns verdient. Ein Urlaub mit herrlichem Ausblick und perfektem Haus. Klimatisiert und gut ausgestattet ist es, so fühlen wir uns fast schon wie zu Hause. Kommen bereits seit vielen Jahren und möchten es auch in Zukunft nicht missen. Haben den kommenden Termin deshalb schon sicher in der Tasche.

Traumhaus in Traumlage gefunden

A und M aus O Wir haben lange nach einem Ferienhaus mit folgender Ausstattung gesucht: Ruhige Lage aber nicht einsam, für 2 Erwachsene aber auch zusätzlich für 3 erwachsene Kinder nutzbar, großer eigener Pool, mögliche moderne Kommunikation (Internet über WLAN, Sat-Fernsehen etc.), Nähe zu verschiedenen Golfplätzen, schöner Blick auf das Meer und einen Hausbetreuer, der zuverlässig, sympatisc, mehrsprachig und vor Ort ist. Wir haben es vor 5 Jahren gefunden und kommen immer wieder in die Villa Voltor zurück. Wir sind von der Lage und dem traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Canyamel begeistert.

Dieser Ausblick ist grandios

Schade unser Traumurlaub ist leider wieder vorbei, aber wir kommen wieder im nächsten Jahr. In diesem Jahr habe ich das schöne Haus und die Ruhe und das tolle Wetter ganz besonders geschätzt, denn das Frühjahr in Deutschland war kalt. Die Temperaturen lagen bei herrlichen 25 bis 27 Grad und der neu gestaltete Garten war einfach traumhaft anzusehen. Wie immer ist alles im Haus perfekt und auch die Betreuung durch Henning ist einmalig (wir sind schon Freunde geworden). Der neue Stehtisch mit Barhocker auf der Terrasse ist Klasse, den haben wir sehr oft genutzt um nur keinen Augenblick dieser Aussicht zu verpassen. Auch gibt es jetzt eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine, was ich als Kaffeetrinker super toll finde. Aber über die Ausstattung im Haus muss man gar kein Wort verlieren, es ist alles bestens. Sollte man einen extra Wunsch (Whiskygläser) äußern, wird der auch erfüllt. Also habt keine Zweifel, das Haus und der Ausblick sind jeden Cent Wert!

Traumhafte Ferien

Wir waren in diesem Jahr das erste mal im August in Canyamel und auch das war einfach super. Durch den leichten Wind der dort oben weht, kamen uns die 35 Grad gar nicht so heiß vor. Zur Begrüßung ein Glas gut gekühlten Weißwein oder Sekt ist schon selbstverständlich. Die Villa Voltor ist einfach super ausgestattet und auch die Betreuung vor Ort ist bestens. Wir verbringen auch in den nächsten Jahren unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus. Der Blick auf das Meer, wenn man im Pool schwimmt oder nur auf der Terrasse sitzt ist einfach Traumhaft. Man hat dort die absolute Ruhe und kann so schön entspannen. Noch mal vielen Dank an den Vermieter es war mal wieder unbeschreiblich schön.
