Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was perfection. The house is beautiful and well equipped. Beds are super comfy! The home is lovely and was so clean and inviting! I would say the only negative was that the mosquitos by the lake are pretty bad. Some Bug Spray did the trick though, so don't let that deter you! I would absolutely stay here again!

Ants in the kitchen!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Huge kitchen ant problem. Property management company was no help. Had to get ant baits just so we could use the countertops. Would not recommend until they get it under control.

Port A Vacay

We've loved every home we've stayed in; however, this was "hands down" the best location and our favorite so far! The layout of the house was perfect. It backs up to Lake Gavin and the family loved just walking outside and being able to fish at any time without having to walk to a lake. The views were relaxing when sitting on the balcony. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed for meals.

The house was clean and was in a great location with easy access to 2 pools and the beach. We enjoyed all of the amenities that Cinnamon Shores had to offer. However, I will not book that house again. The appliances were terrible. Had to run one load of laundry 4 times thru the dryer and they were still left smelling like mildew. This happened across 3 different loads. The refrigerator took 24 hours to get to the right temp leaving us very concerned about our groceries. My home fridge doesn’t take anywhere near that long. The sign for the thermostat wouldn’t allow a set temp below 72. The downstairs was extremely warm causing everyone sleeping downstairs to wake up sweating. Additionally, the morning of trash pick up, we were woken up at 3:30 AM (!!) by a worker loudly banging and dragging the trash cans out of the enclosure from the back of the house. There was no courtesy given to the people sleeping (or trying to) in the downstairs bedrooms. Again, this was at 3:30 AM. At no time were we made aware that trash pick up would be done at an extremely early time, nor so loud. If we had known, we would’ve been happy to put them near the curb and put them up the next day. Overall, we will book Cinnamon Shores again but we will not be booking this house.

It was well stocked with all our needs, the layout was perfect for our family, and overall cozy and relaxing. We had a wonderful timing staying at Cinnamon Shores. It was our first time and we’ll be back.I did want to share some feedback about the home...we saw/killed no less than 20 cockroaches throughout the home...bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen. It was pretty unsettling. The last night stay I woke up in the morning to a cockroach on my night stand.I understand there will be bugs, etc. since we’re by water but the number of cockroaches was significant during our time.

Spring Break 24

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental over all was in good shape. Kitchen had everything you needed. Fan made loud squeaking noise on second floor when on high power. Location was a good location. We had a hard time with the front door key locking and unlocking the door. We enjoyed the lake view from balcony. Could tell the house was dated compared to the other properties at CS we have stayed at but it was just fine for the time we were there. Beach chairs we rented were nice. Dylans and Lisabellas were delicious as always. As far as electronics, the Dishwasher, and Washer/Dryers were new and worked great. The Tv's in main living room and all but one bed room were older. But you really are not at CS to Watch TV.
