Ask about our specials!! Rustic, old school family farm home, cozy house directly on the water with relaxing sunset views, lots of trees for shade, birds for viewing, and more!! Property has a dock to use for fishing and enjoying the views. Peaceful evenings listening to the fire crackle and waves splash against the retaining wall.

Located on a dead end gravel road, very secluded, large yard with plenty of lake-views. Great fishing spot for all ages. Very country so expect bugs, rodents and wild animals. Bring your bug spray! Very plain & simple, rustic, vintage setting inside and out. Very country. Don’t expect the palazzo Versace!!! Not city life!!! Local gas stations close by 8PM or sometimes earlier, unless you go to Corsicana. There is no alcohol sold around the house so you will need to get that before arrival.

We offer lots of home necessities for kids, like toys, booster seat / high chair, silverware, dishes, bassinet, crib, bouncer, play pen, bath toys, potty chair and more. We want your stay to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible! Let us know your needs, we are more than happy to help!! Lots of family memories made here.
No tying boats / jet skis to dock
Cell phone service is spotty depending on your provider. NO INTERNET OR SATELLITE/ CABLE TV. You can mirror your phone on the living room TV.

If early arrival arrangements are needed please make before hand so someone will be available to check you in and make sure the house is open & ready for your arrival. We share the driveway, yard and dock.

Loved it!

Kim was super informative from the get go and is a super sweet lady! She communicated quickly, helped out with things around the area, etc. Can’t say anything bad about the place or her. Definitely would stay there again! Great location & peaceful property!

family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. This vacation home really did feel like we were at home for the week. lots of room to explore even tho we didn't get to enjoy that too much thanks to Texas like worst summer ever😄. The drought did affect our fishing quite a bit, but we did get to fish some.. caught a few keepers at least enough for one meal! any problems that came up were handled immediately.. would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a family vacation or just wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of living in town!! we will definitely be back!!
