Home features ELECTRIC VECHICLE (EV) CHARGING, smart home, keyless check-in & access, open layout, jetted hottub and large walk-in shower in master bathroom, 75-inch TV w/surround sound in the living room (smart TVS throughout), internet & outdoor fire-pit. The house has its own jet-ski & boat slip, you can fish off back deck.

Extra Guest Fee:
- For each adult over 8 adults there is a fee of $50 per day.
- For each child over 5 children (not including children 2 and under years of age) there is a fee of $25 per day.
