Amazing views into NC ! The unit was gutted (literally) and remodeled to a modern loft capable of standing up to the Penthouse title. New queen purple brand mattress, new paint, new cabinets, down to new toilet. This condo has incredible views up the coast, all the way into North Carolina on a clear day.

Unit 1724 is an ocean front efficiency penthouse studio located inside Sands Ocean Club North Tower. This is considered Central Myrtle, on North Myrtle side. From your balcony you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean as well as a fantastic view of the northern Atlantic coast line being able to see all the way into NC. The unit features a galley kitchen with a full sized stove, microwave, Keurig, and refrigerator.

A little about the tower. Sands Ocean Club has always been one of the most popular resort destinations in Myrtle Beach. There is no driving or crossing a street in order to make your way to one of the most pristine beaches on the East Coast. You also have the use of the large outdoor pools, lazy rivers, heated indoor pool, a whirlpool, an exercise room, dancing and music at the famous Ocean Annie's Pool Bar (we are on the north side away from any potential noise), and one of the best hamburgers on the beach at the on-site River City Cafe. All of this is enjoyed without ever leaving the resort. Within Sands Ocean Club enjoy Ocean Annie's, River City Burgers, Sandals Nightclub, Fireworks (presented by Ocean Annie's) right at the Balcony during most weekends during the season. Fish at Apache Pier. Shopping at the Tanger Outlets (5 min away), the Myrtle Beach Mall, the Barefoot Landing Shops (8 min away), or Broadway at the Beach (8 min away). Some of the most wholesome family entertainment is also nearby at The Carolina Opry, The Alabama Theater, and The Pirate Voyager Theater. For the golfers, some of the most challenging golf courses are very close by and there is an endless choice of fine restaurants for anyone's taste just minutes away from Restaurant Row.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time, and the efficiency room was perfect! Fun decor, everything updated, and an amazing view! We cooked breakfast every morning, so the kitchen is clearly well appointed. The room was clean and the bathroom was roomy with nice towels! We especially loved all the extra touches, like the beach bag/cooler, the multiple charging cords, and the awesome wooden surfboard table on the balcony. Just perfect!
