a short distance to the beach. Access to boat slip, laundry, sparkling pool,

LANDFALL TOWERS 34 - This 1 bedroom/1 bath condo is located in a nice complex

located on the bay with great views. Access to boat slip, laundry, sparkling

pool, hot tub & elevator. Short distance to beach. Wristbands will be required

to be worn during your stay. Lots of things to do on the island, shopping,

fishing, swimming, surfing, Sea Turtle Inc, South Padre Island Birding Nature

& Alligator Sanctuary, Island Adventure Park, Gravity Adventure Park, The

Stables, Coastal Studies Lab, and more!!



Boat Rules: Maximum Capacity of a boat for Landfall Tower boat slip is 9 feet

wide by 22 feet long.

Each boat must be tied to the dock at the right or left side of the boat and

not tied between docks. no limitation to the height of the boat.



STR PERMIT #2023-0196.

Please note: Primary renter needs to be 29 years of age or older.

Cozy place for a great value!

Close to the beach! We loved the pool and hot tub and there’s also a communal grill available in the pool area. The patio wasn’t very clean, but other than that, it was a great little place with a beautiful view and we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Our oven did not work the day we checked in which was a bit disappointing since we took food that we were planning on baking. Bed, blankets and pillows were a little more on the firmer side. Other than that, the view and stay was amazing.
