We currently live in Minnesota and have been coming to South Padre Island for several years. We fell in love with the island and decided it’s time to buy a condo and share it as a rental when we’re not here.
Why they chose this property
The Aquarius is centrally located right on the beach and close to everything on the island. We love all of the live music, the food and Sunset views.
What makes this property unique
Our balcony faces directly to the bay for gorgeous Sunset views and fireworks Friday nights during summer season. We love the heated pool and other amenities on property and best part is we walk out the door and we are on the beach
