It is your responsibility to clean all kitchen items ( dishes, pots, pans, glasses, cooking utensils, silverware, etc) and to leave all other furnishings in a clean and orderly condition before you depart. The daily maid service includes general dusting, cleaning bathrooms, changing towels daily and complete change of linen twice a week. Any damage to Common Elements or the Trust Property shall be surveyed and the cost of repairs or replacement will be assessed by the Managing Agent against the person or persons responsible. If you find damage please report it to the Managing Agent. No obnoxious, offensive or annoying activity, noise or nuisance which may interfere with the rights, comfort or convenience of others shall be created or permitted within the units or the Common Elements (areas). The Managing Agent is provided with a pass key to every unit. In case of emergency, he or his agent may enter any unit deemed necessary and in such case, the user or occupant of the until will be promptly notified of the reason for and result of such entry. Use of POOL and RECREATION AREA - It is understood that any user many use the swimming pool and the premises and any recreational facilities provided, individually or together with other users. However, each user shall assume all risk for personal injury or property damage that may result from the use of said pool or recreational areas by the users or the user's family guest or invites. In connection with the use of the pool, no use of the swimming pool after 9:00 PM is permitted. And no bottles or cans are permitted in the pool areas (all beverages must be consumed out of plastic or paper or other safe containers). No more than 6 people shall occupy an Executive Suite (1 bedroom unit). Absolutely NO pets are allowed on the premises.
