This apartment is ideally located in the heart of Beira Mar. The main promenade - which begins at Praia de Iracema and ends at Mucuripe - is located just a few steps from the main entrance of the Condominium. From here you will be within 3 minutes walk, in any direction, to the Artisans Market or to famous places of meals of the region, such as the restaurant Coco Bambu Meireles and the Fish Market in Mucuripe.
Our building is very secure, guarded 24 hours, with porters in all its entrances and exits, has reception in the main entrance, in front of Avenida Beira Mar, exit by Avenida Abolição, social lifts and emergency stairs.
Guests must check in with the concierge prior to the check-in, as he will provide the key for you.
