Proudly positioned in Mount Eliza this magnificent residence offers resort style amenities with views of Port Phillip Bay and the city. Generous multiple living areas which flow onto entertaining terraces. This private oasis includes a gas heated swimming pool with waterslide, an amazing commercial built playground, basketball ring, trampoline and cubby house. Enough to keep the kids entertained for hours while the adults laze around the pool or soak up the day on the numerous balconies. Private beach access leading down to Daveys Bay Yacht Club where the kids could sign up for Sailing lessons or swim in the beautiful ocean at Daveys Bay. 6 Bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. Quality Miele appliances. Sleeps 9 people.
