The house has four rooms in addition to an attached studio with skylights and its own bathroom and private entrance.
It has a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and dish washer. There's also a dedicated laundry room.
The top floor has a deck that overlooks the backyard.
The driveway can take up to 4 cars.
