This was the second time we stayed in this home. Everything was just perfect. Checkin and lockbox are easy to access. Rooms kitchen bedrooms bathrooms and hot tub were very spacious and perfect. Kitchen was well equipped. Access to the house is very convenient. We will be back.

This house was absolutely fabulous for my 50th birthday girls weekend. It was spacious, very clean and cozy and the hot tub was amazing. Plenty of bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook a few wonderful meals. Joy was quickly accessible when I needed to get in touch with her. We had a wonderful day and hope to get back next year.

Family weekend

We stayed three nights and the house was perfect for what we were looking for. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. The location was perfect! It was a very hot weekend and although there are ACs in the bedrooms it would have been great if there were a couple on the main floor. Overall we had a great time!!

Mountain Getaway

We had a great relaxing vacation. The house is very nice, clean, well equipped and quiet. It is located close to town and also a short drive to the town of North Conway. There is a lot to do in the area, tubing, hiking, waterfalls and cute shops. It was a great getaway from the normal fast pace. Joy was very easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Ski Trip

We spent a long weekend at this property for a family ski trip. The house is fantastic and well-equipped. The property is in a great location and everything was very functional, decorated nicely, and clean! The hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes! Joy was so responsive to any questions we had prior to, and during our stay. I highly recommend!

Great family time

We loved the location nestled in the woods. A very well maintained and guest friendly house. All amenities as promised. The hot tub and the fire pit were the highlights. Very clean, well appointed, good location , great for a multi generational stay. We would definitely return. Only downside was a day after an 8ā€ snow storm driveway was not plowed and was not cleared for the time we were there.

Excellent house

We had a great time staying at this property in Jackson. The house was beautiful inside and very clean. We stayed for a 3-day weekend with our 3 children. Upon entering the house, our 5-year old exclaimed "this house is sick!" LOL Very comfortable accommodations for our family. My wife and I especially enjoyed having the hot tub to relax in after a day of activity with the kids.

A gem!

We stayed over New Years and this home was perfect for our group, kids and adults. Upon walking in you could smell how clean the house was. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and large table was excellent for our NYE dinner. We hit up the Conway Scenic Railroad when Cranmore Tubing was cancelled and then took at evening sleigh ride at nearby Nestlenook. Perfect location for us. We hope to come back again next year! Check in, location and description were very accurate and was easy to find and access Joy's rental. Is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The first floor was spacious and open for a group of people it was very easy to everyone present and not feel crowded. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Everything was clean and there were plenty of games, TVs, and other toys for kids and adults alike. The only FYI that I have is A/C is listed as included and they are window units in the upstairs bedrooms vs central. Not a complaint, just an FYI.
