In addition to limiting resort occupancy, Wyndham Worldwide has issued and implemented additional guidelines to combat the spread of Covid 19 virus at all Wyndham resort locations. Specific attention is being paid to housekeeping sanitizing protocols in cleaning condos between stays and in taking additional precautions in all common areas including the use of amenities.

Branson at the Falls Resort is a Wyndham owned and managed property which offers you assurance of quality accommodations. Take a look a the floorplan to see what you are getting. Both condos in the floorplan are included in the 2br Lockoff. Condo is a 2 bedroom lockoff which means it consists of a larger 1br deluxe next to a smaller studio deluxe.

Both of the condos are part of this reservation. Condos are connected by an interior door as well as each condo having an outside entrance. Fully furnished 1094 SF lockoff condo including full kitchen, living room with dining area, washer/dryer, a king+ a queen sofa sleeper + a queen murphy bed + 2 baths + free wifi for up to 4 devices and a balcony. The actual 2 bedroom unit in this listing will be assigned at the resort the week of your arrival. Branson at the Falls is but one of the 200+ Wyndham resorts where reservations may be pursued.

This is a timeshare resort. You are not required to attend any resort timeshare selling meeting. This is not to say that you will not be invited to do so. If and when asked, simply say "No Thanks!"

You will make a fully refundable $250 security deposit by credit card at check-in which will cover possible damages or optional charges made to your condo.
