WELCOME TO "FAMILY CASTAWAY"
This beautiful new open planned 5x2 home is focused for a family of all ages and is only minutes from Busselton Jetty. The house is beautifully presented with everything you could possibly need, for a relaxed and trouble-free holiday entertaining family and friends all year round.
The décor is stylish, with solid spotted gum wood flooring, a huge open plan kitchen with stone bench tops, dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas stove. Large lounge/dining area, with office and games room.
The whole house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning/heating to keep you cool in summer and toasty warm in winter!
The outdoor alfresco entertaining area has all you need, BBQ area and kids’ playground (adult supervision recommended).
Please note:
Pizza oven is not included in the rental
All pets must be pre-approved (only non shedding dogs over 2 years old)
Basic Guest starter kit supplied (approx 2 days worth of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc)
HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 10 people allowed.
-Maximum of 6 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.
