Unobstructed ocean views will help melt away life's stresses with every passing wave. Literally on the beach. Located in Bayshore, 15 minutes from Newport on a 7 mile long beach, this well appointed home will provide the perfect setting to relaxing and enjoying your time away. There are literally views from every room, every window. Looking out the front you have a great view of the Alsea Bay and the Alsea Bay Bridge. There are two separate living areas, the bayside room is set up for kids with Foosball, pool, air hockey, and ping pong. Additionally there are numerous board games and a 55" TV for gaming or watching TV, a perfect setup to allow kids and young adults time to play and enjoy. In the oceanside living room you will enjoy unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean with very comfortable furniture and large windows for your viewing pleasure, a perfect setup for adulting while the kids enjoy themselves in the gameroom.

There is fantastic crabbing in the bay and clams on the beach, great fishing as well. Local attractions are The Oregon Coast Aquarium, The Sea Lion Caves, local shops, Newport Marina, local golf, convenient shopping(a short drive), and so much more.

Beautiful Beach getaway

If you are wanting to get as close to the beach as you can, this is the place! It was exactly what we were looking for. The location is great, it was right between all the sights we wanted to see. We played pool in the game room for hours, watched the waves from the back windows and enjoyed little walks down to the beach as we pleased! The beds were so comfortable in all the rooms we used (we had two rooms that we didn’t end up using). Going to the beach was an easy walk the wind does blow the sand right up to the door. So it does get sandy, but we just washed off the back stoop so we could get in and out with less sand and kept the broom close, very easy. Like I said it IS right on the beach over all we had a great time. Our kids loved it, the grandparents loved it and we loved it. We will be back again next year!

Always a joy

Third time staying at this vrbo house. It was amazing as always. Perfect for kids and adults. Being right on the beach is amazing! The house is perfect.

We'll Be Back

This was the perfect location for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, game room, laundry room and right on the beach. The house was very clean and well maintained. John was very easy to work with and truly wanted our stay to be memerable. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, and other areas of the house. Lovely home!

We rented this wonderful home for 7 adults coming from all over Oregon Washington to celebrate 35 years of friendship. The home and location couldn't have been better. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for the fantastic stay!

Beautiful Home & Location

The home was very comfortable & well suited for our family. Having one bedroom & half bath on the main level was perfect. The remaining 4 bdrms, 2 bathrooms are upstairs. The beds were very comfy! Nice towels and soaps in the bathrooms. A good sized, functional laundry room on second floor with plenty of soap and laundry basket was nice. Downstairs we had the rec room with large TV, however with the ocean right out the back door we seldom used this. Rather we found the open kitchen/dining/living area to be our regular hang out when not at. It never felt crowded for our group of 9.The home was tastefully decorated and games and puzzles provided (though we had brought our own). The only negatives (very slight and really can't complain)- Though the kitchen had most utensils to meet your needs organization was lacking and took awhile to find some things. Also there was no plastic wrap/foil/paper towels or napkins. A quick run to the store supplied those things and we left behind, so hopefully the following renters will continue to keep those in supply for the next group. The last thing is the dishwasher was full of dirty, stinky dishes when we checked in, however I am sure this was just an oversight by the cleaners. We had such a great experience I almost hate to mention these little things but I appreciate a detailed review. Overall we LOVED this place and convenience to the ocean. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful view, nice patio out back and enjoyed the firepit.

As a fellow vacationer I have accumulated a mental list of things that had been lacking in properties that I had stayed at... especially when it came to ocean front properties. It seemed as if the closer that you got to the ocean... the better view... the less accommodating the properties were. Things like comfortable furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, being well kept up with maintenance, being pet friendly, and having things to entertain the kids while you were able to regroup and actually enjoy yourself were in scarce supply of simply could not be found all in one place, or the price was cost prohibitive. So I started out on a mission to create a special place that one could find all of the qualities in one place... AND be able to afford it.

Why they chose this property

This is a very special property with literally views from every room. The front views are of the Alsea Bay and Bay Bridge, out the back is the Pacific Ocean... an unobstructed view. This home offers direct beach access and offers very comfortable furnishings. It's all new.

What makes this property unique

The location of being on the 7 mile beach in Bayshore (Waldport) offers the feeling of being secluded while you enjoy the benefits of being 15 minutes to Newport. A remarkable vacation spot for families and friends.
