Are you ready for a unique and upscale ski vacation experience? This spacious two bedroom townhome features many unbeatable amenities, is two floors and nearly 1,200 square feet! From the entrance on the second level you'll be welcomed by warm wood touches and a beautiful slate-tile floor. The mud-room-like "nook" is perfect for unloading after a long day on the slopes. There's ample closet space on the main floor, just outside the half bathroom. The living room features a stone wrapped gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows boasting stunning views of the surrounding forest. The granite wrapped gourmet kitchen with a gas stove is perfect for making home cooked meals and serving them at the lovely dining area with a table for six.  The second level patio opens up from the dining area and has a patio table for four. Downstairs is the primary suite, guest room and guest bathroom along with the small laundry closet. The primary bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and private patio entrance. The en suite bathroom features double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features a both a queen sized bed and a twin bunk bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. 
Just down the street is Minnie's Cabin, Settler Creeks' exclusive clubhouse with an outdoor year-round heated pool and hot tub. There is also a wet bar with a mini fridge, pool table, and outdoor seating. Take a ride, hike or snowshoe walk through the woods to River Run, or hop on the free Keystone shuttle that picks up at Settlers Creek. You really can't go wrong when you book 6546 for your next outing!This condo was one available parking space.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Great Location

Winter Wonderland Trip

Great time staying at the condo. Beds are comfy. Good dishes and cooking utensils. We usually shoot for larger homes but this was big enough for 4 days and warm and cozy. ❤️ Can use little more basic spices. Thank you for sharing your property!

Keystone Ski Trip New Years 2021

6546 Settlers Creek Townhome was an absolute dream to stay in. The views from all the windows looked straight into the snowy tree-covered mountains. The beds were all so comfortable and there were many pillows to choose from and extra blankets. The condo slept 6 very comfortably. The kitchen was reasonably stocked except there was not a salt nor pepper shaker. We lost power one night due to the fires in Boulder and there was not one flashlight in the place. Those were our only complaints.

Great family place!

Plenty of space for my family of four. The house was stocked with all the essentials needed to cook and made our two week stay easy. There is a big shared “backyard” that my kids loved to play in. There are paved bike paths very close as well. We will definitely be back!

Great location and easy to get to the slopes!

Condo was comfortable for our family of four plus one set of grandparents. Cute decor throughout. With all our ski gear, space was rather tight and the dining room area was used to store items rather than for eating. Seating in the living area was limited with a couch and two big chairs; having a sectional instead and removing the tall storage unit would have provided seating for the 6 to 8 people the condo was said to accommodate. Personally, I think the condo maxes out at 4 to 6 adults - my parents had the master, my husband and I and our adult son had the bunk room and my adult daughter took the couch in the living room. Needless to say, while my parents had plenty of room, the rest of the family was in cozy quarters for maintaining luggage. Other than the limitations in space and seating, we had a wonderful stay and a fantastic vacation! We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Relaxed, quiet development close to the slopes

The townhouse was quiet and the uncrowned development had a nice community pool with two hot tubs and a communal gathering space with a fireplace and pool table. The ski shuttle went door to door. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to keep ski clothes fresh, and the fireplace was cozy. Only complaints are extremely poor WiFi, and the condo needs new pillows and cookware. Could use another sofa to lounge on instead of the two arm chairs, and a smaller dining room table. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend it.
