ADDITIONAL COSTS: $22.50 per day resort fee due at check in.

Resort Fee includes mini golf, ping pong, pools and hot tubs, use of BBQ grills, fitness center, business computer/internet and boarding pass printing, luggage storage, organized activities, and use of recreational facilities at Cypress Pointe Resort and complimentary coffee in the lobby daily until noon.

Grande Villas Resort shares the property with Cypress Pointe Resort.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. We were offered a stay at a Grand Villa sister resort, Parkway International, because our original booking with Grand Villa was not available. We would not stay at Parkway again. There were no amenities other than a pool which was not very nice.

This property was not what I had expected based on the listing. For the price I thought it was going to be a better experience. The other guests were very loud while we were trying to sleep. The toilet in the master bath ran on and off ALL night long. The quality of the amenities was highly exaggerated.

Kids loved the mini golf and pools and arcade while myself chilled out on balcony and there is a bar on the premise that makes a really good Pina colada. We had no problems and the staff there was super friendly and accommodating.

This place is the best! The customer service is second to none! I had a wonderful experience from check in to check out. They have a new bar at the pool which is wonderful. Although I did not try it, the word around the resort is the pizza at the resort is a well kept secret. You really don't have to leave if you don't want to. This is my 3rd time staying there. All 3 times were wonderful!

My family enjoyed the stay at Grande Villas. The best part was the location to area attractions. The property was fine, nothing over the top. The negative- they offered us 5 tickets to a theme park during check in. We said sure we would take the tickets. Went to take our things to the condo. Later that night decided to stop by the office to check on the tickets. They said sorry no discount tickets but you can buy them at full price from us... no thanks. I'm not sure that I will stay at their properties again as most of the positive things had little to do with the actual property.

Perfect stop for a small family. We had 6 in the apartment and it worked well. We just moved the sofa mattress into the bedroom so the kids could sleep on the floor. Great pool and amenities in the room.

What we thought would be an outdated place turned out to be a comfortable and beautiful home for the weekend! Lots of amenities, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for 6 adults. Just a little out of the way for the parks, but this was not a problem for us.

We'll be back!

My family of 5 was very impressed with this property. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the front desk staff is available 24/7. Our 2 bedroom condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to unwind after 5 days at Disney World. The master bedroom and bath were lovely; comfy bed and pillows, spacious tub and shower, and super soft towels too! The extra bedroom and bath were great, and it was so nice to have the option to do laundry in our unit, especially for drying swim suits and towels. Our only small complaint would be the pull-out couch. Our 14-year old son slept here, and deemed the very thin mattress comparable to "sleeping on springs," so he just slept on the couch without pulling out the bed. If there had been 6 of us, the sleeping arrangements would have been problematic. We didn't use the kitchen a lot, but it had everything we would have needed. The pools and hot tubs were lovely, and the kids loved the mini golf course. All of the activities offered were fantastic - our kids especially loved the ice cream social and movie at the pool. The location was great as well - easy in and out, and close to all the activities in the area that we needed. We will definitely consider coming back, and will also recommend this property to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
