„Villa Mare“ offers You peace and quitness in ambience of unspoilt village nature, and it is only a 10 minute car drive away from everything that Zadar city offer You. (shoping, monuments, restaurants, night life)
„Villa Mare“ it is a new house (2018) built in a traditional mediterranean style (stone and wood) combined with modern elements. The Villa is situated in village Donje Raštane wich is distanced 15 km from Zadar, 9 km from the Zemunik airport, 10 km from Biograd na Moru. The Adriatic sea (the nearest beach), as well as the small shops and beach is app. 2,5 km (City of Sveti Petar). The Villa has a 800 m2 infield with recognized plants and herbs such as olive trees, bushes of lavender, lemon trees, tangerine trees...
The terrace gives you unique overview of oliveyard, vineyard and pastures. In the village You can see all sorts of domestic animals ...
Every guest has a chance either to try domestic wine and schnapps, as well as home made olive oil.
Beside all of the above mentioned, we have a boat and we are able to organize a boat trip to one of the many islands in the Pašman channel.
