Perfect location and view

Mar Vista is beautiful and in a perfect location. The pool and hot tub are a delight. The three bedrooms and three baths were spacious and handled six adults easily. The one downside was that for a three night stay there were only two dishwashing cubes, one garbage bag, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no shampoo. So just be prepared to bring or buy.

This is a great place. Exactly as advertised. Closest you can get to the beach. This specific end unit is great because you get to enjoy the view from the side windows. The bedrooms in other units have their windows facing the hallway. It would be nice to have a few more supplies provided such as toilet paper and trash bags, but not a big deal and no surprise as they do list exactly what’s included. Also, it would be nice if the property had bathrooms on the pool level. None of the little kids are going to go up to the 2nd level to use the bathroom, they are going to use the pool. All in all we were very pleased with our stay.

Great family vacation.

Comfy, spacious rooms, fabulous pools and lazy river for non-beach days, easy access to beach, gorgeous beach views, minutes from Main St. events and shopping.
