The Space:
Snow settles quietly across Blackcomb Mountain as you step inside, the warmth of the gas fireplace contrasting with the crisp alpine air outside. Tall windows frame winter light and mountain scenery, and after a day on the slopes, the calm of the condo makes it easy to slow down, dry your gear, and settle into the evening. From here, the rhythm of a Whistler winter feels close and unhurried.
Designed for up to four guests, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers a comfortable base for winter adventures. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower - ideal for easing tired muscles after skiing or snowboarding. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and convenient access to a separate bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Fresh bed linens, towels, and extra pillows and blankets are provided.
Living spaces
The open living area is set up for relaxed evenings indoors. Comfortable seating invites you to unwind with a movie or a book while the indoor fireplace adds warmth on colder nights. Vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in natural light during the day, while portable fans and heating allow you to adjust comfort year-round. A dedicated workspace and high-speed WiFi support remote work or trip planning between outings.

The full kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare meals at your own pace, whether it’s a hearty breakfast before first tracks or a simple dinner after a long day outside. A dining table seats six, making it easy to gather and share meals without leaving the condo.

Located slopeside at the Aspens complex, the condo offers ski-in/ski-out access, weather permitting, with a short walk to Merlin’s Run connecting you to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. After skiing, warm up in one of the shared hot tubs or enjoy the outdoor heated pool, which remains inviting even in winter conditions. The private patio includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ, offering a quiet spot overlooking the pool area. Guests also have access to a gym, elevator, secure ski storage, and bike storage.
Parking and access
The home has a private entrance, is single level with no stairs inside, and offers both free street parking and a paid parking garage on premises with one space. Self check-in is available via smart lock, and luggage drop-off can be arranged for early arrivals or late departures.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness centre, and ski concierge services.

The Aspens is a true ski-in/ski-out complex nestled near the base of Blackcomb Mountain, offering unparalleled access to the slopes. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a short walk or free shuttle ride to the Upper Village, where a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options await.

Other Things to Note:
• No in-suite laundry. Shared washer and dryer facilities are available within the building.
• Summer pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 10 am–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.
• Winter pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 2 pm–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.
• Pay parking. Overnight parking is an additional $26 / night.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tub
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
