With every corner designed for comfort, this alpine retreat offers a peaceful haven in the heart of winter.



Sleeping arrangements

This three-bedroom, two-bath townhouse comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, TV, and walk-in closet, along with an ensuite boasting a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. On the main level, one bedroom includes a queen Murphy bed, TV, and dedicated workspace, while the third offers a king split bed, TV, and generous storage. The second bathroom features a single vanity and a spacious double shower.



Kitchen & dining

Prepare hearty mountain meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an espresso maker. Share stories around the dining table that seats eight, or step onto the private deck to grill dinner on the BBQ as snowflakes drift past.

Outdoor living & amenities

Enjoy seasonal ski-in/ski-out access to Merlin’s Run, connecting you to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair from late December through March. The home includes in-suite laundry, heating, and secure underground parking for one vehicle, with guest parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• 2-minute walk to the Free Upper Village Shuttle #5 - exit the Painted Cliff complex, cross the road, and the shuttle stop is on your right-hand side, bringing you to both mountain bases and Whistler Village



Other Things to Note:

• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Painted Cliff complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
