The Space:

Soft winter light drifts across the surrounding evergreens as you step inside, the quiet of the mountains wrapping around you. Snow settles gently outside, and the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace offers a calm refuge after a day exploring Whistler. Evenings invite unhurried moments on the deck, where cold air meets the glow from inside and the stillness of the season settles over the valley.



Sleeping arrangements

Set across multiple levels, the townhouse sleeps 6 guests with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, ensuite with a soaking tub, glass shower, and a private balcony overlooking the valley. Two lower-level bedrooms each include a king-split bed that can be configured as one king or two twins, sharing a bathroom with another soaking tub and shower. A powder room on the main level adds convenience.



Kitchen & dining

The open-concept kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for preparing meals. You can gather at the dining table for eight or enjoy quick breakfasts at the three-seat bar. A deck off the dining area includes a BBQ grill, offering a winter-ready space for outdoor cooking when the air is crisp.



Living spaces

A wood-burning fireplace anchors the living area, surrounded by exposed beams and comfortable seating. Large windows frame mountain views, filling the room with the soft glow of winter days. Whether you unwind by the fire or watch a favorite show, the space offers an inviting atmosphere for quiet evenings.



Outdoor living

Three decks provide a chance to take in the cold mountain air and snowy surroundings. The lower deck hosts a hot tub, ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Outdoor furniture adds simple comfort, and the private entrance and garage make transitions easy in winter weather.



Ski access

Intermediate skiers can access the seasonal route connecting to the Dave Murray trail, leading toward the Creekside Gondola and Olympic downhill run. Returning home is possible by following the marked trail from the Lower Dave Murray Downhill back to Taluswood - The Heights, depending on seasonal conditions.



Neighborhood

Located in Whistler’s Nordic neighborhood, the home offers quiet surroundings with access to Creekside’s dining, shops, and gondola just minutes away. Winter pathways, local cafés, and the atmosphere of Whistler Village are all within easy reach.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Taluswood is perched high on Whistler Mountain in the peaceful Nordic neighbourhood, offering a quiet, forested setting with sweeping mountain views. With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.

• Car recommended: There are no buses that service the Taluswood neighborhood

• 2-minute walk to ski trail to Dave Murray ski run

• 6-minute drive to the Creekside Gondola

• 7-minute drive to the Whistler Village

• 6-minute drive to Creekside Market

• 9-minute drive to Upper Village

• 8-minute drive to Whistler Golf Course

• 6-minute drive to Lakeside Park

Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

• Vehicle restriction. Trailers and other recreational vehicles such as ATV's, Snowmobiles, Watercraft of any kind, RV's, campers are not permitted in the complex.
