The Space:

Snow settles softly across the fairways of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course as crisp alpine air drifts through the Upper Village. After a day on the slopes, the quiet calm of the mountains welcomes you back inside where warm lighting, heated floors, and the glow of an electric fireplace create a comforting retreat. Outside your window, evergreen forests frame views toward Rainbow Mountain while nearby trails and ski lifts keep Whistler’s winter adventures within easy reach.



Living and relaxing

The living area offers an inviting place to unwind after exploring Whistler. Sink into the comfortable seating beside the electric fireplace while large windows frame the surrounding trees and fairway views. Just outside, a private deck provides fresh mountain air and a BBQ for preparing casual meals. The open layout connects the living space to a dining area that seats six, making it easy to gather for meals or quiet evenings indoors.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen features Ceaserstone countertops and stainless steel appliances, along with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals between mountain outings. The adjacent dining table creates a comfortable space for morning coffee, relaxed breakfasts before skiing, or evening meals together.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and a private balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape. The ensuite bathroom includes heated floors, a glass-enclosed shower, and a soaker tub.



On the main level, two additional bedrooms each feature King-split beds and TVs. A second bathroom serves these rooms and includes heated floors, a single vanity, and a glass shower.



Outdoor spaces and shared amenities

Step outside onto the private deck to take in views across the golf course as the landscape transforms into a peaceful winter setting. Within the complex, guests can also enjoy a shared hot tub with mountain views as well as a shared picnic area.



Comfort and practical amenities

A mudroom at the entrance includes a ski rack for storing gear after a day on the mountain. The home also offers a washer and dryer in unit, wifi, and a dedicated workspace if you need to stay connected during your visit. Bike rack is available, along with a - guests should bring their own lock.



Location and access

Located in the Upper Village beside the Chateau Whistler Golf Course and near Lost Lake, the townhome places you close to many of Whistler’s outdoor experiences. A free village shuttle stops about a 2-minute walk away and travels directly to the gondola bases, while the Blackcomb Gondola can also be reached with a scenic 15-minute walk.

Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Blackcomb Greens complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted on this property

Wonderful Ski Weekend!

This was a great spot for a friends ski weekend! Very clean and comfortable fit three couples with plenty of space. We really appreciated all the communication around getting there, along with one reserved parking spot and were able to get an available visitor parking spot. Location is very easy to get down to either village - either walking or taking the shuttle bus. All around, great spot and would book again!

Great time but a couple problems.

Everything was fine with the condo with a couple exceptions. First, the entryway was frigid. I know it was cold while we were there but the in-floor heat wasn't operating and the door didn't shut properly so the cold air just flowed into the condo. We mistakenly left our boots downstairs and our feet never warmed up due to the temperature deficit when putting them on in the morning. We learned quickly that we couldn't leave out boots down there as we may as well left them in the car or a snowbank! It was very cold even at the top of the stairs in the hallway between the bedrooms. Lastly, the water pipes seemed to have froze on our second to last day there leaving us with one operational bathroom for 6 people. I let someone know about it and they offered to send someone over but as we were leaving the next day, we just dealt with it. But, we shouldn't have to just deal with something like that while on vacation. I grew up in MN and we never had any pipes freeze even when -56F. Seems the construction/insulation isn't up to the need.
