Villa Marinera, Puerto Aventuras is located on the ocean inlet in Puerto Aventuras. The nautically inspired home offers the use of the owner's luxury yacht with a bi-lingual captain for snorkeling and fishing trips.

The Space:
Entering the spacious and comfortable villa, you are drawn to the view of the luxury yacht, Aceituna (named after the owner's wife Olive) docked and ready to go fishing or snorkeling in the many wonderful locations here along the Riviera Mayan coast! You will see an abundance of sea life, colorful fishes, turtles, and more! The fishing season for Sail Fish and Marlin is excellent from March to September, Barracuda, Tuna, Shark, Snapper, and Groupers are fantastic year round!

The villa has 4 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and 1 bedroom in the little house on the grounds. From the large open plan living and dining room step out to the huge deck with swimming pool, bar area with BBQ ready to celebrate and cook the ‘catch of the day’. The villa is very comfortable and well set up for entertaining, you will feel like home.

Close by to the villa, you have the Fatima Bay beach, but you can also visit one of the many beautiful beaches along the coast with Yacht Aceituna or by car. The Puerto Aventuras marina is within 5 minutes walk, here you have restaurants, bars, scuba diving, golf, tennis, and more!

The villa staff is lovely and will make sure you have the most wonderful time here!

Note: One 4 hours Yacht Trip: Sunset Cruise or Snorkel (with bilingual captain) included with a minimum of 7 nights stay, maximum 6 people. If you like more trips or people, additional costs are applied.

Everything You Need and More

Its just a well run property. Victor, the lead on property guy attended to our every need and then some. He was the captain of the boat with the property. We used it for snorkeling and fishing. The house was great, AC worked amazing, the kitchen was beyond fully stoked. Overall it was a great place to stay for 10-days.

Fantastic time at Villa Marinera

We had a fantastic time at Villa Marinera. There was a lot of things to do, and Lara was very helpful to suggest things and help us with the booking. taking the boat with captain Victor was fabulous, the chef Mauritio took such great care of us and prepared some excellent food. We were 10 people and there was room for everybody. A couple of more sunbeds would have been great, but otherwise everything was just wonderful!

Top Notch Four Days

I had the pleasure of renting this villa with friends as we were in town for a wedding that was taking place in the same vacation complex. Everything was impeccable about our visit. Not only was the staff, under the helm of our concierge, Lara amazing, but the property was beautiful, nicely kept and fully stocked to accommodate all of our needs. Lara was super communicative prior to our visit, ensuring that our arrival and visit would be seamless, and even went as far as personally arranging for our day tours to Tulum and Akumal. If I had to pick one highlight of the visit (which is difficult because the whole experience was fantastic) I would definitely say the day out on the yacht was a winner. We didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff prepared a picnic lunch of ceviche, guacamole and plenty of alcohol, which was definitely much needed after a full day out on the sea, snorkeling and fishing. I would highly recommend this villa for a family vacation or a group getaway!
