Centrally located near the 405, 241 and 55 freeway, South Coast Plaza, John Wayne Airport, Fashion Island. This unit is one of two with the unique floor plan that is two-story with three balconies and its own individual laundry room. The home feels very spacious, featuring two bedrooms on the second floor that are both master suits with their own private bathrooms and walk-in closets. Central Air Conditioning with nest thermostat on both first and second level. Surround sound speakers. The first bedroom has a king size bed, and the other bedroom has two queens.
