This a beautifully renovated apartment located on the first floor in the heart of Tarpon Springs. We are one half block away from Spring Bayou. We are two blocked away from many fine restaurants , craft breweries and antique shop. We are a mile from some of Florida's most beautiful beaches. The famous Greek Spronge Docks are only six blocks away. Busch Gardens, Rays Baseball, Disney World are a short

One of the nicest places that we have stayed. The apartment is very clean and the hosts have added so many touches. The unit is well stocked and and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The location is walkable to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to guests wanting to stay in the Tarpon Springs area.

A great staycation

Comfy Cottage

The grounds and cottage are very delightful with outdoor seating. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. Beds were comfy. Loved being in walking distance to the Sponge Docks, restaurants and shopping. Bicycles were available to use and the bike trail was close by. John and Linda are very attentive and available for any questions or requests. Enjoyed sharing stories with John and appreciate his tips on places to visit around the area. Highly recommend staying here for a chill place to stay.

Spectacular location!

Our visit was delightful. The apartment was clean & well equipped, and in a wonderful location. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around, and shopping & numerous restaurants are close by. The Tarpon Springs sponge docks and restaurants were about a mile away, so if you’d like to walk it is doable. Beaches are also convenient, and the Pinellas bike trail is located nearby. We had a little bit of difficulty figuring out the Roku television, but I think that’s because I am an Amazon TV person ;) We were very happy with our decision to rent here.

Tarpon Springs

I loved staying here! The location was perfect; only a short walk to the sponge docks with shopping and restaurants and literally across a street from a beautiful park and spring. The neighborhood is quiet. John was an excellent host and responded immediately to any issue or question. My only issue was that the listing indicated there was a hot tub, but there was not. I would have used it had there been, but it was fine without one. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful cottage in an excellent location, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and Old Town charm. Clean, bright, friendly. Don't worry about parking. There is a ton of street parking. In fact, your car was the only one parked on the block. We will be back.

Quaint apartment

The property is in a convenient location close to downtown tarpon springs. It was clean and felt safe. The larger bed was comfortable. They had plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen stuff. The price was fair. Some things to note, though:-The listing does not show how small the second bedroom and bathroom are. They are very tiny. The shower was not standard size. -The second "bedroom" did not have a door.-The only bathroom is located in the larger bedroom.-The doors to the larger bedroom and bathroom do not shut completely.-There are two AC units, one in each bedroom. They don't keep the living area and kitchen cool.-If there is someone staying in the apartment upstairs, you can hear everything...Despite that, it was a pleasant stay overall. I would only recommend this place for a single couple.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Short walk or drive to downtown Tarpon Springs and Greek Village. Got to see dolphins swimming in nearby bayou. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Our main house is 110 years old. The cottage was built around 1925 and was renovated several times over the years. My son and I renovated the property about 7 years ago and my wife is responsible for all the decor. She does a great job.
