Sanibel Shores is a small, quiet community of consisting of only eight units, located on the peaceful Sanibel River and within walking distance of the beach. Located mid-island near Donax Street, you are centrally located to dining and shopping and have good access to Sanibel's 25 miles of bike path. Sanibel Shores offers a complex shared heated pool.

Sanibel Shores A1 is a spacious & remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage with all new furnishings, appliances and HVAC system. The cottage comfortably accommodates 6 guests with new king bed in the primary bedroom and 2 new twin mattresses in the spacious guest room and sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer & dryer, 3 smart TVs and wireless internet. The terrazzo floors throughout the villa are very beach-friendly! Enjoy the outdoors on the small screened lanai where you can take in the beautifully landscaped grounds and mature tropical plants and trees.

The cottage has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon. It is just a short 10 minute walk (or 5 minute bike ride) to Sanibel's world-renowned shelling beaches.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Sanibel Shores A1 has been welcoming guests since March 2024. The pool is now open. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.*
