The Villa Caretta is a family-run holiday complex and is located directly on the beach in Kalo Nero (Western Peloponnese / Greece).
If you want to spend a peaceful vacation by the sea with friends or family, you've come to the right place.

* Perfectly equipped: apartments with kitchen, bathroom, toilet, separate living room and separate bedrooms. Large sun balconies with a view of the garden and the sea offer space for an afternoon nap.

* Bathing season: May - October.

* For individual vacationers: There are numerous lonely sandy beaches to explore in Kalo Nero and the surrounding area.

* Self-catering: In the village itself there are also some small taverns and a handful of restaurants, as well as a church and a village square with a playground. There is also a baker with fresh bread and a small grocer.

* Excursions to the mountainous hinterland and to many archeological sights.

Beach apartment with separate kitchen (stove, oven, fridge) - 2 separate bedrooms (1x double bed and 2x single beds) - separate living room with sofa bed - bathroom - TV - air conditioning.
Wifi internet zone (free of charge) - large balconies with seating and sea views - large garden - parking space.

Romantic palm garden: The Villa Caretta is surrounded by a garden of about 800 square meters, which borders directly on the waterfront. Palm trees, oleanders, banana trees, boukamvillien and all kinds of fruit trees grow here over 30 years old. The garden is surrounded by a sandstone wall, so that children can play safely.

If you fancy an individual vacation with sun, beach and sea, you are welcome from Easter to autumn!

Wonderful stay by the sea

Spent 3 nights with wife and children. Excellent apartment, clean and spacious. Located just across the beach and close to restaurants and mini markets. Host was very helpful during check in. Highly recommended.

direkt am Strand, wunderbarer Meerblick, vom Balkon der Ferienwohnung aus, durch Palmen und Bananenstauden. Der Strand ist gut organisiert (Dusche, umkleide, Strandbar, restaurant). Trotzdem hat man den Strand im September, fast für sich allein.

Wir waren mit allem rundum zu frieden. Es ist zwar ein ruhiger Ort, unmittelbar am super sauberen Meer (Steinstrand, am besten mit Badeschuhen), aber für uns genau das Richtige. Tavernen gibt es unmittelbar am Strand ausreichend und für den schmalen Geldbeutel auch im Ort. Supermärkte am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort zu Fuß erreichbar. Strandliegen inkl. Schirme konnten kostenfrei benutzt werden, die Bedienungen von den Tavernen laufen zwar ab und an vorbei, ob man was möchte, ist aber kein Muss und keinesfalls aufdringlich. Die Wohnung war in einem top Zustand und die Ausstattung inkl. Klimaanlage super. Unser rießiger Balkon hatte direkten Meerblick Richtung Westen, traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge mit dem Panorama des Palmengarten. Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnung war problemlos. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und hat auch auf uns gewartet, trotz 2,5 h Verspätung. Um etwas zu unternehmen braucht man schon ein Auto. Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Belle vue sur l'océan très calme, excellent pour se ressourcer

Nous avons bien profité en famille, pour les enfants en bas âge l'accès direct à la plage est très pratique, nous avons multiplié les petites baignades au calme. Le coucher de soleil depuis le balcon est exceptionnel. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir voir des tortues. Il ne faut pas hésiter à visiter les grottes et la cascade à 30, minutes en voiture . Les 2tavernes à côté sont excellentes.

Es war ein erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Wir trafen auf einen sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es teils gute Tavernen. Nur ein paar Meter weiter genießt man den ruhigen Strand. Es war richtig entspannend.

Accueil par le propriétaire très sympa, disponible et parlant très bien anglais. L’appartement avec terrasse vue sur la mer à 30 mètres. Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour à la villa carretta où nous avons eu le plaisir de voir des bébés tortues et des dauphins tôt le matin.

Un beau jardin qui domine la mer

Endroit calme et reposant un balcon avec une vue sur le jardin et le bleu de la mer. Le maître des lieux est très cool, le logement est simple et propre. Le soir il fait bon, une légère brise nous transporte et la nuit de la fenêtre nous entendions le bruit des vagues. La taverne juste en face est excellente.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Caretta und in der Umgebung sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Palmengarten mit Sonnendeck und Aussendusche, den man auf dem Weg zum Meer durchquert, ist wie eine kleine Oase. Vom grossen Balkon sieht man den Garten, das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber und beim Schnorcheln sieht man viele Fische (sogar eine Wasserschildkröte). Wir haben Badeschuhe zum ins Wassergehen angezogen. Die meisten haben keine Badeschuhe angezogen. Am Strand hatte man Liegen und Sonnenschirme von der Unterkunft kostenlos zur Verfügung. Restaurants und Tavernen sind direkt am Strand und fußläufig im Ort erreichbar. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Der Gastgeber wohnte zu unserer Zeit auch mit seiner Familie im Objekt und war sehr freundlich. Er spricht sehr gut deutsch.

Wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge direkt am Meer

Die Anlage der Villa Caretta ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind richtig schön, alles blitzsauber und nur einen Sprung vom Strand entfernt. Kalo Nero ist sehr klein, nette Tavernen.
