Small stone house with a delightful pool dug in stone with flowing water from the waterfall between a huge garden and forest, with all the privacy that only the lush nature can give.
Close to the beaches of northern Ubatuba and Paraty (35km to the north) and 2 waterfalls to 3km in the hinterland of Ubatumirim.
In a radius of 20km we have many well preserved and beautiful beaches.
It is located very close to BR 101, making it easy to access ALL the beaches in the area.
Perfect place for nature lovers, and privacy.
Here you will be away from the chaos of the city and confusion of the season.
The house is rustic and charming, perfect for family and friends.
You will have total privacy and quiet surrounded by the garden, between a palm tree and the Atlantic rainforest with Mina d'Água.

Casa da pedra

O imóvel é bem localizado, com uma boa estrutura. Só a questão da escada de acesso é que complicou um pouco. Não tínhamos noção pelo anúncio do tamanho da mesma. Fora isso, tudo correu muito bem.

Lugar lindo mas algumas coisas deixam muito a desejar

O que mais nos deixou chateados foi a falta de limpeza da casa , muitas telhas de aranha , cheiro de mofo , cobertores com cheiro de poeira para quem tem rinite como eu foi péssimo Louças sujas ... enfim o lugar é uma delicia a piscina de pedra da um charme legal Pagamos uma taxa de limpeza para chegar na casa e achar tudo sujo ? E com cheiro de mofo ? Eu recomendaria a outros usuários mas pela limpeza melhor alertar

Prezados, fico muito chateado por terem visto a casa assim. Estamos no meio da mata, tem muita umidade e insetos. Teias de aranha tiramos hoje e amanhã tem outras e outro lugar, muitas vezes o cheiro de umidade fica mesmo nos cobertores, mas são lavados com frequência, mesmo porque esta sempre recebendo hóspedes. Quanto as louças, eu mesmo já peguei panela ou louça suja, mal lavada, pode acontecer. Tenho certeza que na próxima viagem vocês vão encontrar o lugar ideal. Tudo de bom .
