About this property

The apartment is independent and completely at disposal of our guests. You will fall in love because of its central location in a safe neighborhood, cosy atmosphere and it’s proximity to the beach and all services you may need far from home. Our apartment is great for couples or family of 4 people on vacation or work, has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning and free WiFi. Very quiet even if centrally located, the balcony faces the house garden.
Only few minutes drive is the long Poetto beach, located between the cities of Quartu Sant’Elena and Cagliari. Along the Poetto beach are several bars and restaurants, nice point of refreshment during the day and lively venues at night. The Poetto has a pedestrian road and bike lanes where people stroll all day. In Quartu S.E. you can visit, Molentargius - Saline Natural Park - a wetland home to several waterfowl bird species that stopover, wintering and have their nest there, one of them are the pink flamingos - get your camera ready!
Ours is a great location to explore the South of Sardinia with all its gorgeous beaches and archeological sites. Only 30 min / 45 min driving east are the most popular beaches of Villassimius, Costa Rei, Cala Pira and many others, on the west you find Chia, Tuerredda, Cala Cipolla, Su Giudeu and many others.
Only 10 min drive you are in Cagliari, the largest city of Sardinia, which has an interesting historical city center located on top of several hills facing the harbor, great for sightseeing and walking arounds its narrow streets.
A car is recommended to explore all these beautiful sites, however you can also move around by bus or bike within the close by attractions.

Semaine à Cagliari

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances à Quartu Sant'Elena. Le matin c'était sport (course à pied sur le long front de mer de la plage du Poetto), suivi d'un bain rafraichissant sur les plages de ce même Poetto. L'après-midi, c'étaient visites plus culturelles sur les sites archéologiques autour de Cagliari. Il est évident que pour ceux qui préfèrent, on peut passer toute la journée à la plage et profiter des bonnes installations. L'appartement est très agréable, conforme aux photos, bien climatisé pour l'été. L'hôte, Maria-Antonietta, est très accueillante et dispense de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons fortement ce séjour! ER

Gut klimatisierte Dachgeschosswohnung mitten in der City

Wir sind sehr glücklich mit der Ausstattung gewesen, allen voran mit der Klimaanlage in Küche und Schlafzimmer. Der Kühlschrank und sein Eisfach hatten auch extrem Power, um bei Dauerhitze alles gut zu kühlen. Surfen im Internet problemlos, auch Streaming möglich. - Elena und Maria wohnen in den unteren Stockwerken und sind hilfsbereit, wenn es Probleme gibt, z.,B bei der Müllentsorgung. Leider war unser Italienisch nicht so gut, dafür ihr Englisch um so besser. Eine schöne Woche, um zu baden (2km), nach Cagliari (10km), zum Wandern ins Gebirge (35km) oder das Umland zu besuchen. Quartu liegt ganz ok für Ausflüge mit dem Auto und Parkplätze sind kein Problem an der Hauptstraße. Supermarkt nebenan!

The property was good but we did have to ask for a few things which should have been there to start with regards to kitchen stuff, but the host was very prompt in responding
