About this property

The apartment is independent and completely at disposal of our guests. You will fall in love because of its central location in a safe neighborhood, lots of natural daylight with plenty of space and it’s proximity to the beach and all services you may need far from home. Our apartment is great for couples or family of 6 people on vacation or work. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, free WiFi and two brand new air conditioning units one in the master bedroom and one in the living room where is the queen sofa bed. Very quiet even if centrally located, the balcony faces the house garden.
Only few minutes drive is the long Poetto beach, located between the cities of Quartu Sant’Elena and Cagliari. Along the Poetto beach are several bars and restaurants, nice point of refreshment during the day and lively venues at night. The Poetto has a pedestrian road and bike lanes where people stroll all day. In Quartu S.E. you can visit, Molentargius - Saline Natural Park - a wetland home to several waterfowl bird species that stopover, wintering and have their nest there, one of them are the pink flamingos - get your camera ready!
Ours is a great location to explore the South of Sardinia with all its gorgeous beaches and archeological sites. Only 30 min / 45 min drive east are the most popular beaches of Villassimius, Costa Rei, Cala Pira and many others, on the west you find Chia, Tuerredda, Cala Cipolla, Su Giudeu and many others.
Only 10 min drive you are in Cagliari, the largest city of Sardinia, which has an interesting historical city center located on top of several hills facing the harbor, great for sightseeing and walking arounds its narrow streets.
A car is recommended to explore all these beautiful sites, however you can also move around by bus or bike within the close by attractions.

Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir waren im Winter 19/20 in Maria Antoniettas Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, großzügig und angenehm warm. Zwischendurch gab es Probleme mit der Heizung. Maria Antonietta hat sich sofort gekümmert und bis die Heizung repariert war, konnten wir in der zweiten, ebenfalls sehr schönen Wohnung einen Stock höher unterkommen. Sie hat uns außerdem sehr viele Informationen zur Umgebung gegeben und uns angeboten, eine Stadtführung mit uns zu machen. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Bettdecken gibt es ebenfalls mehrere zur Auswahl. Das Schlafsofa zum Ausklappen ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine Matratze wie ein normales, vollwertiges Bett. Vielen Dank, Maria Antonietta, wir planen wiederzukommen!

Wonderful, large & comfortable apartment near Poetto Beach and easy access to transport routes

Perfectly clean apartment with all the amenities required. The rooms are quiet and there is outdoor terrace space too. The hosts are super welcoming, very kind and helpful. The apartment is walking distance to several good cafes, pizzerias and restaurants. You can walk comfortably to the local blue flag Poetto Beach, about 25 minutes walk, or there are buses too. Within 5 minute walk you can conveniently reach the bus stops to Cagliari centre, or the further beautiful beaches of Capitana, Mari Pintau, Villasimius, and even onward to Costa Rei. It was a perfect stay, and fully recommended.

The family Lecca was kind and really helpful, we have missed air conditioning

Hi, We have spent one week at family Lecca. They were really friendly, helpful and kind. Since we have rented a car they gave us good tipps where to go and which beach to visit. The flat itself was very spacios, we have just missed air conditioning during the nights. We have enjoyed our vacation there. Family Balog

Tutto come nella descrizione del appartamento

Abbiamo trascorso lì le belle vacanze. La posizione della casa è ottima per visitare vari posti: Parco delle saline di Molentargius, spiaggia del Poetto, Cagliari, ci sono tante possibilità, anche usando i mezzi di trasporto pubblico. Vicino a casa c'è la fermata del bus sia per Cagliari sia per la spiaggia. L'appartamento è molto comodo, pulito, ben arredato, non ci mancava niente. Può essere un pò rumoroso per la vicinanza della strada, oltre questo tutto è perfetto. La padrona della casa è molto accogliente e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Ci ha dato tutti gli informazioni e consigli. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. W Quartu Sant Elena spędziliśmy 3 tygodnie naszych wakacji. Poznaliśmy wiele pięknych i ciekawych miejsc, korzystając z lokalnej komunikacji. Apartament gdzie mieszkaliśmy w ciągu całego pobytu na Sardynii, był bardzo wygodny, wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne do codziennego życia i wypoczynku. Jak w domu, nie brakowało niczego. Pokoje, kuchnia, łazienka przestronne, przygotowane, czyste. Maria Antonietta, osoba życzliwa i bardzo pomocna sprawiła, że czuliśmy się bezpiecznie: zawsze mogliśmy liczyć na jej radę i pomoc. W pierwszych dniach udzieliła nam wszystkich niezbędnych informacji, pokazała miasto i najbliższą okolicę, dzięki czemu było można zaplanować cały pobyt.
