Great place to stay!

Big closets. Nice sized bedrooms with plenty of room for the kids to play. Big laundry room. Very clean and well maintained. Jack and Lodie were very friendly, nice, and helpful. The 4 block walk to the beach was very walkable with a 4 year old and 6 year old. Nice seating area in the courtyard. Would definitely recommend this property. There was a slight closed up smell when we first entered, but it quickly aired out as we were bringing things in. Would definitely stay here again.

You Will Not Be Disappointed!

This house was absolutely perfect! Each day, I fell more in love with it. The manager was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely rent at this property again.

Very Beautiful small house

My whole experience was awesome. The location was really close to the beach, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would definitely recommend renting this house again.

An incredible family get away experience!

This truly was an very pleasant and enjoyable stay. It all starts with the communication and willingness of the property manager (James) to ensure that all went well. Very Clean and Comfortable

The location was great, and everything seemed to be well-taken care of. My only suggestion would be to stock a few more rolls of paper towels and toilet paper. There were 6 of us, so we went through quite a bit of supplies. Great experience!

The property was clean and spacious. The new owner replies promptly and is very nice. He was very accommodating to our requests for early and late check-in/check-out. Especially cool was the 2 laundry pods left for us. We were able to wash clothes before the cruise! We have starred this place in VRBO and will definitely be staying again!!!

Spacious home within walking distance to beach

What a gem of a house! I found this fairly last minute and can't believe how I lucked out. There's a cozy common area with comfortable leather couch, out-of-the-way TV, kitchen stocked with essentials. The three spacious bedrooms provide extra storage in the form of large closets, dressers, and thoughtful surface areas, so no need to live out of a suitcase on the floor. The master is particularly large and has a laundry room and private bathroom. We weren't there long enough to utilize the welcoming backyard, but it's set up to be enjoyed as an intimate gathering place for a barbecue, sunset cocktails, or any number of outdoor activities. Upon arrival we found the house to look and smell clean. The supplies were provided for us to leave it that way, too, which we appreciated. In a heartbeat, we would stay here again!

Close to everything and even cozy!

It was so nice to walk into a cool temperature place that felt like home away from home. Location was perfect for the beach and festivities. I extremely enjoyed having another tv in the master bedroom. Washer and dryer was a plus, and the private patio with outdoor shower was great to have. Couldn't ask for a more enjoyable stay. Beds are comfortable, and the place accommodated to all our needs! Would love to stay there again next time I'm around!

This place was wonderful. It is a quite area and a short wak to the beach. The home was very clean and cozy. If you want a place that you can enjoy a fun family getaway, this is the place. The neighbors are friendly and helpful on hw to get around town. Thanks for a great place Lodie!

Grandmas House

The property is well maintained. The kitchen has what is needed stocked in the cabinets. Spacious master and two smaller bedrooms. The house smells of moth balls and it does t go away with air freshener. This is the downstairs unit of two available units. Try to book upstairs if you want any chance of some quiet time at night. The upstairs living room is over the master bedroom downstairs. The tenants upstairs can be heard every time they get up. My stay meant little sleep because they decided to benul until 2-3 in the morning stomping around, showering, playing music, and talking. The beds are what you would expect in a cheap hotel. They aren’t super comfortable but it beats the floor. Location wise it is near the pier and restaurants and in a fairly decent neighborhood. Access is easy and parking spaces can accommodate two small cars in each spot if needed. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Solid rental, good value.

Everything was nice and clean. Super convenient for low-maintenance walks to the beach. Love the outdoor shower for rinsing off and the little house behind the rental has a sweet dog who will come say hello because they share a yard. I got a nice text the morning of my trip letting me know I could contact the renter any time if we had issues, but there wasn’t anyone dropping by to disturb our vacation. Couple small drawbacks for future renters to keep in mind. The bed in the middle bedroom is super creaky, so if you toss and turn, choose another bed. And the photos make it look a lot more private than it actually is. The houses next door and the house with the shared yard are all very close together. The cute little porch swing looks into the windows right behind it.

Love this home!

It was amazing very home like which we loved! Beds were very comfortable, not to far from beach & a lot of surrounding stores! Definitely renting here again! Also lodie was very great on replying to my messages in seconds!
