"Winter" Texans and everyone else are welcome to book long-term stays (discounts on 30+ days bookings). You will stay in a spacious 1,700 sq ft 3 -bedroom/2 bath stand alone house located on two lots in a highly sought after Palm Beach. You could enjoy sunsets from the deck or take a short stroll to the private beach. The house is ideal for families and couples gatherings and friends retreats and pets are welcome. King size bed with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, Queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 bunk beds (one with full size bottom bunk bed) in the 3rd bedroom. An additional queen size sleeper sofa is available in a living room. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Cable and high speed WiFi, 58-inch TV, DVD/CD player (and a collection of DVDs), access to a large deck from both living room and the master bedroom. Plenty of board games and cards and selection of books are provided for your entertainment. A large outdoor shower accommodates the family and pets. Sit on the deck and enjoy a morning coffee or take a very short walk to the water's edge and get in the morning jog on an endless private beach where vehicles are not permitted. Very peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything the visitors may want to see!

Private Beach Getaway

Our rental was so great, just as pictured, had everything we needed. It is in a super cute, quiet and private beach community. The beach was very close, truly just a short walk. We recommend and would book again.

Nice location super close to beach

We enjoyed this house and the close walk to the beach. The deck was my favorite place to have morning coffee and spend the evenings watching the sun go down.

So perfect!

We were beyond thrilled to find out that this property was even better in person! It had everything we needed and more, and was just the perfect space for our group.Clean, everything working, and about a block from the beach. The owners were responsive, and the check-in/out process was easy! Love that we found this place and would definitely recommend to other large groups looking for a beach retreat!

Perfect Prom Beach House

Property was clean and had everything we needed for a group of 4 teens and two moms. Great location. Not right in the thick of Galveston, and was only a 20 to 25 minute drive to get downtown. House had plenty of sleeping options in three large bedrooms. House was a quick walk to beach. Had a great deck where you could see and hear the ocean.

A Great Weekend at the Beach

We spent the Christmas holiday here with our dog, and we all loved our stay. It was very clean, bright and well stocked. The foosball table was so much fun. Plus, there are tons of movies and games. However, the best part for us was the location. We could walk to the beach, and we could even walk to the State Park. Our dog loved the fenced yard and the upstairs porch. We also loved the ample kitchen. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!

Best away from home vacation home

This beach house is so close to the beach. It was clean and had all the amenities needed for my husband and I. We stayed for one week. The fenced home was perfect for my fur babies. Also, my kids and grandkids came for one day and it was perfect, we had so much room to relax and play games. The house comes with board games and puzzles and so many books to read. It has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. This was the best experience we had renting a home through VRBO. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will be back next year.

This is our 4th consecutive october vacation in this rental. We have consistently enjoyed this beach house. We love the fenced yard for the dogs. The house is clean upon arrival and much of what we need is here.

Wow! We had a phenomenal vacation and in large part to this beautiful property a few steps from the beach. Clean and well appointed. Pet friendly was a huge plus—the fenced-in yard was great for our pups. Any questions I had for the proprietor were answered promptly. We hope to stay again in the future.

The house was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. Deck was wonderful. Only complaint is mattresses were old and lumpy and towels very small and thin. Also there were no balls for the foosball table so it took up room in living area and of no use. The kids were hoping to play.

Perfect Getaway

Our group had such a great time! We only had one night and this place did not disappoint. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. More meaning not just one roll of toilet paper, or one paper towel, and trash bag…. It was stocked well! The location was perfect we were able to walk to the beach and come back and forth as needed. The communication with our host was phenomenal. She answered us right away and made sure we were taken care of. We really wished we could have stayed longer. We defiantly will be back!

Beach house

Very nice house with a large fenced backyard for pets. The house was very clean and fully loaded with your needs. Short walk to the beach and a huge deck for lounging. Great place.
