Welcome to my newly modern cozy 3-bedroom apartment, 6 bed for max 10-12 guests, with a great view to the city, Red River and 2 historical bridges. From here you not only have your own quiet great view - relaxing space but still can experience truly Hanoi by just 5 mins drive to the city center, old quater and all other Hanoi attractions: night market, Hoan Kiem lake, the old quarter, historical museum, Westlake area. My home is just perfect for group of friends or family stay.
My 3 bedroom apartment is 160 meter square (1700 sqf), ideally located on almost the top floor of a modern, new built luxurious condo building with a panoramic view to the Red river, city center and the 2 historical Bridges, only take 10 minutes’ walk to go into the 36th ancient streets, close to all types of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, or to other most famous and attractive tourist’s destinations i.e the Opera House, Hoan Kiem lake – where you can have a peaceful and relaxing escape from the chaos of the Old quarter. The building has everything you need for living such as supermarket, restaurants and local street food vendors, cinemas, gym center, pools, .. It has a spacious living room, kitchen & dining area,1 master bedroom, 2 junior bedrooms – 2 out of 3 with a remarkable relaxing view to the river and the 2 bridges. Spacious living room with big comfy sofa, TV with more than 100 channels, strong wifi connected. Kitchen area is new and modern, fully equipped, with a nice big dining table. One bathroom in the living room and the other one in the master bedroom which has a nice balcony and good breeze from the river.
Adding up to all of such nice features of the apartment is the landlord who can speak fluent English, friendly and willing to support at any time

I and my co-host are available either in person or by phone. Happy to give advices in tours, airport pick up, good spots around town and nearby provinces where no tour guide can give you as I was born and raised in the old quarter. After your confirmation we will send you all necessary notes through email.
Guest are also very welcome to contact us through Airbnb, by email or by phone prior to their stay or during their stay. We are always here to help no matter what.

The swimming pool on the 6th floor is already open with the fee price is:
60,000 vnd / adult and 30,000 vnd / kid
Charged per visit.
Opening time from 6.30 to 11.30 and 14.00 to 20.30. The access to the swimming pool is written in the manual notes.


Absolutely not organize parties, make noise, play drugs. If the neighbor reports and the building security staff makes a report you will be held responsible before the law, you will be evicted immediately and lose all rent and fine.
