You are sure to enjoy the over 10,000 square foot yard and welcoming curb appeal. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's perfect for evening family walks.

The interior has been completely renovated and nicely decorated with a modern nature feel to create an inviting and enjoyable place to spend time with friends and family. As you enter the home, you are welcomed by a very large open living room with a gas/wood burning fireplace, 51" flat screen HDTV with expanded cable access, Netflix streaming capabilities and Blue-Ray player. The living room has wood beamed vaulted ceilings and opens up to the dining area and kitchen so it's perfect for holding fun dinner gatherings all in one large space.

The home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with brand new granite counter tops, SS Thermadore gas stove with indoor grill, professional cookware and dishwasher. Fully stocked kitchen with many amenities including serving platters, pizza set, baking pans and specialty utensils. The dining room, which looks over the treed backyard, seats eight with five additional seats at the eat-in bar.

The large game room is bound to entertain with a pool table, a Foosball table, 46 inch TV, wet bar and large L-shaped couch  for lounging. There is also a cabinet stacked with board games, poker set and bingo game for hours of family fun.

The large master bedroom is located upstairs with full master bath including a tub with jets, king bed as well as daybed with trundle, a flat screen HDTV with expanded cable and Blue Ray player. In addition, the master has a work station which offers a copier, printer and fax machine.

The second bedroom, also upstairs, has a single queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen as well as twin bed with matching linens. These bedrooms share a large full bathroom with double sinks.

The fourth bedroom, located on the lower level hosts both a queen bed as well as twin bunks and a 25 inch television.

Head outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air and soak your cares away in the hot tub under a star filled sky. Barbeque some steaks on the propane barbeque and enjoy your dinner under the pines at the patio table with seating for six. An additional seating area can be found near the hot tub and provides chairs for four.

Fox Lodge is located close to the Convention Center  where there are many activities for adults and kids alike. A short drive will take you to the lake, Village, Starbucks, grocery stores, ski slopes and everything else Big Bear has to offer.

Note: DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE! IF YOU MOVE THE POOL TABLE, your full deposit will be forfeited and any amounts over that for additional repairs.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, the outdoor area is an open space which is common for the Big Bear area. Do not go into neighbors yard.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
