About this property

Close to Disney, on a Beautiful Golf Course, with Private Pool

Our villa luxury 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 storey is located on a quiet, secluded estate, just off the highway 27, within a 15 minute drive of Disney, directly on an 18 hole, par 72 golf course, opposite the 10th tee. Just a short walk from the clubhouse, putting green, driving range, tennis courts and community pool.

There is an abundance of citrus and pine trees around the estate which makes taking a walk a pleasure. The house is very secluded and the private pool and spa face conservation land, making it a quiet peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sun.

The design of the house is unique in that it has a galleried landing overlooking the large lounge and a second loft lounge which has a computer desk, music centre, 37 inch TV and is furnished with Caribbean wicker chairs. The master suite is on the ground floor with 2 further bedrooms and a contemporary second bathroom on the first floor. Also on the ground floor there is a utility room, half bathroom and games room which includes a pool table, air hockey table, darts, golf game and foosball table. There are feature walls in most rooms with coordinating bed linens and curtains to match the décor.

Loved the place

We stayed for1months (Snow birds) and when we moved in we had some minor issues but they were very promptly resolved. Great location close to golf, private pool and tub .Would stay again next year. I would recommend this place

Wonderful home

Everything was comfortable. Instructions were set up nicely. I didn’t have to leave the house to buy household items. The pool was lovely & the room layouts :) I would most definitely book again.

Property needs some TLC

A previous review described the house well as "tired" and I found their review to be accurate. The house is very spacious and overall not bad for the price. Items provided included bar soap, towels (hand, shower and beach), paper towels, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 garbage bags so that was good. We noticed several items that could be updated or cleaned better. i.e. dirt in corners, dining table chairs are stained, patio chair cushions are worn, dishwasher falls off track. The pool is nice but also needs updating. We thought it was just dirty but looks like it needs resurfacing too. We tried to clean the pool a bit but it really did not seem to help. No pool cover was provided so found it difficult to swim in the pool in the mornings since the pool was still cold. The spa did not warm up well at all. Most days it would warm to 84. The high air temps were 85 and the spa still only go to 84. We did reach out to the owners and property manager and the issue was not resolved. The property manager also let us know that the pool and spa would only heat to 15 degrees above air temp so helpful to know that info. I did contact the owners a 2nd time since we did not hear back from the property manager. The last day we let the spa run for most the day and it did warm to 95 by 7pm. Overall it was a nice stay but would not rent again due to the items that need updating and spa not working with no resolution.

Needs some updating

I had read the reviews and there were a few that said it needs updating. And that is very true. The house seems very worn everywhere. From the cushions outside to the couches and paint on the walls. It’s was not really dirty - just very worn. There were pictures that must have fell off and never put back on. I saw them in the garage. We were there for 3 weeks. The hot tub sometimes worked but it would take a long time to heat up. The location was great for us though. The property owners and managers were all very responsive. Any issue they fixed it. They give you the bare minimum to get you through the first day.

Great Orlando-Tampa Vacation

This property is located in a perfect location to get any of the parks in the Orlando and Tampa Bay region. We enjoyed having the private pool and hot tub after a busy day at the parks.

i loved it i will defiantly come back

everything was nice only 2 major things were the air. I was a bit hot and we couldn't make it colder I did wake up sweating once. Also the master bed room and kids bed room dint have a light only lamps witch was okay but it would had been better if it had actual light in the sealing.

The family enjoyed the luxurious stay

The villa is simply amazing and relaxing. The spa and pool are very well maintained and there are plenty of activities and games to entertain the family. Randy and Amy the owners were very swift with responding to my request to reserve the villa, and they made sure that the villa was comfortable and fully supplied while our family stayed.

Needs tender loving care

Property is spacious and affordable; however it is tired and needs some maintenance. Both downstairs toilets broke in the first two days. Management company did send someone that day to fix though. Pool is in need of professional cleaning, needs new patio cushions, and probably a new dishwasher as all the wheels came off when pulling out rack.

Nice home away from home

This was our first time renting a house. The process was very easy. The owners and property manager were easy to get ahold of when we had questions. We had the pool and spa heat turned on and the temperature was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.
