Gated Luxury Home in Walnut Creek. Heated Pool.

The single story home is situated on a beautifully landscaped, half acre block. The home has been recently fully remodeled. It is 2000 square feet in size.

**NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR GATHERINGS OF ANY SIZE ARE PERMITTED - NO EXCEPTIONS.** The home has 3 spacious bedrooms, each has a large closet, blackout curtains, and a ceiling fan. The main bedroom has a generous walk in closet, access to the backyard, a large screen tv, antique desk and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub.

Bathrooms: There are 2 full bathrooms with heated floors and a half bathroom located off the laundry room. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, double vanity, shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a single vanity, shower and toilet. There are towels and all the necessities including travel style soaps, shampoo and conditioners provided.

Laundry: The laundry room is fully stocked and has a high capacity LG washer & dryer set. There is also a large utility sink in the laundry room.

The living room has a spacious open plan. It has a cozy gas fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating and a large screen tv. Enjoy preparing a meal in the spacious gourmet kitchen which has gorgeous quartz counter tops. There is a professional 6 burner gas range, a microwave, wine fridge and a large french door style, stainless steel refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large pantry and plenty of storage. The open plan living area has two huge sliding doors which open up to a deck leading to the heated pool and flagstone patio, complete with BBQ, outdoor dining, shade umbrellas and chaises.

The garden is fully landscaped and ready to enjoy.

Please be aware that yard and pool maintenance occurs regularly every Thursday. If the weather prevents it, it will happen as soon as it is possible thereafter. Our service crew will enter the backyard through the side gate and will not disturb you in the house. They will get the job done as quickly as possible so you can get on with the business of enjoying your vacation.

Walnut Creek Home was great!

The house is exactly as shown, it's well kept, comfortable, sits in a lovely neighborhood, has a fabulous backyard with pool! Such a nicer option for our family than staying in separate hotel rooms. The house is centrally located for quick trips to downtown & shopping. It's also right next to one of the larger walking/biking paths in the area. Thank you!

Wonderful home, great location.

We came to the area for our daughters senior night at college and this was a perfect place to stay to be close to Moraga. The home is well stocked and beautiful. The location is great next to Safeway and Starbucks all within walking a short walk. We enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing oasis

The house was perfect for our visit for my sister's wedding. The pool was so relaxing. The host was very responsive to our questions and was vested in making sure we had a great stay. A nice bonus was the beautiful Bancroft Gardens just down the street.

Beautiful home and amazing host!! Christmas Holiday with Family!

This home was exactly as advertised. Warm and inviting and perfect for our family. Kate the owner was amazing to deal with and even put up a Christmas tree for our stay. Great Family Getaway

We loved staying in this spacious and well-accommodated home. The pool was lovely and everything was so beautiful. We were in the area to visit family and were able to walk to the grocery store and shops. Very convenient location. The weather was very hot during our stay but the house remained cool quite easily. I kept turning down the AC even. Beds were comfortable.

This house is fantastic!!

This beautiful home is on a private street that is very quiet. The home is very clean and well-maintained. It exceeded my expectations! A beautiful pool that is heated warmly enough to swim in winter. Lots of space. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 teens and it was perfect for us. The kitchen is very well-equipped -- lots of staples available in the pantry. I can't say enough good things about this home. Hosts were VERY responsive and helpful.

Great stay at this wonderful Walnut Creek house

My husband and I were in town visiting with our oldest son who lives close by in Concord, CA. Our grandchildren stayed with us several nights while we were in town. The house is very clean, decorated nicely and the owner conveniently supplied laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. The pool was so nice. My granddaughter even had a private swimming lesson in the pool. The house is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc. We cooked dinner several nights for the entire family of 6 people. The house is also conveniently located near a Safeway and CVS. The only issue I had and I consider it minor, was that I left a message for the host but never got a return call. Since there was no real emergency it wasn't a huge problem. I would definitely recommend renting this home if you are in the area. It is convenient to SanFrancisco, Napa, Half Moon Bay, Livermore and many other nice towns near by. I would definitely stay here again
