Right off the beach, the 100’ dock extends into the ocean where you can dock your boat and conveniently enjoy an early morning fishing session or a sunset cruise.

Should you want to venture off the property, this home is walking distance to Lazy Days Restaurant, which offers exquisite seafood and oceanfront dining. Bud N’ Mary’s Fishing Marina, the oldest & largest fishing fleet in the Florida Keys fishing industry is also in walking distance and offers off shore and in shore fishing charters, eco tours, diving, snorkeling & a dive shop.

In the open ocean this seaweed serves as a nursery ground and natural haven for sea life, offering food, sanctuary and breeding grounds for crab, shrimp, whales, sea turtles, migratory birds and over 120 species of fish.

Check-in date must be a weekday. Saturday or Sunday arrivals will start at $18,000/week plus taxes and fees.
