Spanish style Single family home in West Bradenton. Bild in 1925 and totally remodeled and updated in 2015. Only 8.9 miles from Anna Maria Island and 4 miles from IMG Academy. This 2 bedroom 1 bath has great flowing open floor plan. Beautifully renovated bath and kitchen. New flat TVs and internet, front door RING camera, Wi-Fi and outdoor grill. Swimming pool and nice private fence around the yard. Close to downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk park. Very close to the shopping and dining.

Perfect for our sports weekend

This house is in a quaint neighborhood, convenient to IMG Academy, grocery, and the beach. Well maintained for an older home, with an updated kitchen & bath. Loved the extra touches, which included beach chairs, a cooler (perfect for packing snacks for the day), firewood in the fireplace. The owner was also very responsive.

Beautiful pool area!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the private outdoor area with comfortable lounging chairs. The shower heads were awesome, beds very comfortable, internet and TV service perfect. A couple small maintenance issues could be corrected: drain plunger in bathroom sink sticks, lamp/shade in master bedroom broken, but obviously those are small issues. Thanks for providing such a nice place for our snowbird experience.

Close to everything

The house is kept very clean. The pool and patio area is the best, we hung out there for at least a while everyday no matter how busy. The host has great communication and was helpful. The biggest draw for me was how close it was to Anna Maria Island, which is where I went most days - and having the beach chairs and umbrella on the porch for our use was a super touch! We live in the country so we were a little worried when we saw that it is within a mile of a bad section of the city but this house was in a fairly quiet, blue collar area and we had no problems while there.

Wonderful Home!

This rental was everything we were hoping for and more. Our purpose, in addition to visiting family, was to empty my parents’ condo and to have a comfortable alternative place to spend time with them away from their assisted living facility. Not only was the Spanish Style Home the perfect location for this, it was so cozy and attractive! We were able to prepare several meals for family with ease in the well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet, bed comfortable, nice outdoor privacy with cute super clean pool and a great gas grill. Our host welcomed us immediately upon arrival with contact info but we had everything we needed! Thank you so much!

Clean affordable and quiet

Great communication with the management company. Very clean interior. Extras such as chairs and beach umbrella are provided should you go to the beach. That was a very nice touch. The washer and dryer were an added bonus as well as there were many towels being used between the beach and the pool. Grill in the backyard came in handy for dinner. Queen bed was hard and not very comfortable to sleep on. If you don’t get good sleep it’s hard to enjoy your vacation. Would be nice to have some kind of shade over or near the pool. The awning that was there was broken and it was extremely hot to hang out at the pool. Wonderful to have a pool though! Close to target Walmart plus Publix Winn-Dixie Walgreens etc. and not far from Sarasota and other cities/beaches that you want to visit. We did not have any issues with the neighbors always quiet a few dogs barking across the way but otherwise low-key. No fans in bedrooms or any other rooms of the house. If you run hot or need a fan at night be sure to bring your own.

This was a very nice place to stay. Very convenient for the beaches, shopping, etc. Very clean. Loved the hosts, they were very responsive. The only issue I had, personally, was the queen size bed is too firm. We did not sleep comfortably. If you prefer a firm bed, then you will have no issues. The twin beds were comfortable according to the kids.

Lovely home and yard

Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool! The patio was super nice for family time, whether playing in the pool or having a meal. Didn't use the firepit, but it was a nice touch. The home was very clean and organized with games and bathroom products galore. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and we had a great time. The host was highly responsive and wonderful to work with.

Beautiful Spanish style home with pool

I have stayed in this home several times. Beautiful home with pool and very nice location, close to restaurants and the beach. I have enjoyed all my stays here. Just love the area and hope to be moving there soon. Home owners are very nice and respond to texts quickly and they keep you informed.
