In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental is located on the first floor and offers 3 bedrooms, a gorgeous lagoon view, and a lovely screened porch. This Turtle Cove villa is a short 5-minute walk to the nearest beach access. As of Fall 2021, this villa was fully renovated with new flooring, new bathrooms, and a new kitchen.

This adorable villa offers a living space with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and access to the screened porch. The beautiful, updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, granite countertops and is well equipped to meet your cooking needs. With seating for 6, the dining area located right off the kitchen is the perfect area for hosting meals. It also offers access to the breezy screened porch with amazing views!

The cozy primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, and private access to the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom also has 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The villa is also equipped with a pack n play for guest use.

The villa’s screened porch has views of the lagoon and boasts a ceiling fan and plenty of seating.

There are Sonos speakers available for guest use in the living area and primary bedroom.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

No pets are allowed.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Located in great area close to a number of activities, we really enjoyed our stay here. The bedroom and beds were super comfortable and the pond view was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This property is in a great location with easy access to the beach and walking/biking trails. The beds were comfortable, and the condo had almost everything we needed for our stay - we could not find tea kettle. While the property was clean, almost all baseboards are scuffed up from year of abuse. An immediate paint job would solve the problem.

Perfect Cousins Getaway

What a lovely stay at this 3 bedroom condo. The host company was fantastic. We loved the screened in porch where we enjoyed coffee and chit-chat time. The mattresses were like heaven and the showers were terrific. We kept saying how much we all enjoyed staying in this condo. 8 thumbs up from 4 cousins.

Perfect Location

I have always wanted to stay on the river! The views are perfect which is good since it was too cold to do much outside. Kitchen was perfect and had everything you would want. I love having the essentials -- trash bags, kitchen soap, spices, etc. Always a nice touch in my opinion! Look forward to coming back when it is warm!!

Beautiful and peaceful

We thoroughly enjoyed our New Year's girls/family weekend in this property. The location near Turtle Point was excellent and the porch had a commanding view of the lagoon behind it. Also, it's very close to the beach and we were able to walk back from the Sanctuary New Year's party and fireworks, rather than waiting for the shuttle. The layout worked well for our group and we had a lovely stay. We did run out of hot water by the time the last person showered each day, so maybe divide and conquer with showers! Other than that, it was awesome.

Great as advertised

Rental was great. Only two comments. The floors feel like they aren’t incredibly stable, we actually had one floorboard slightly pop up in the kids room so we had to make sure they were careful walking around it. 2, no soap or shampoo in any of the bathrooms. Overall, great spot with a good location. Easy access on the main floor, walk to the beach was ~5 to 7 minutes.

Stay at 4829 Turtle Cove Villas

6 friends were very comfortable in this space. Love the upgrades! Screened porch was great. Only had 4 seats but we had 2 beach chairs we used to make room for 6. Only negatives to mention were several small roaches in kitchen and also in bathroom, as well as care needs to be taken in bathtub shower since the floor of the tub is a bit slippery. Otherwise, we were comfortable, LOVED watching the wildlife in and around the pond, and the location was great!

Perfect Quiet Location

Condo was in an excellent location with full view of wandering deer, birds in lagoon water. Well stocked with perfect cookware to prepare perfect meals in. Condo was very clean with lovely bedding, TV for kids with every channel for our one rain day. Lovely quick walk to beach, or bike!! Nice quiet location! Was #1. Lovely unit for us. Thank you again.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and the induction cooktop is great. The one thing that could be better about the property is the lock on the entrance door. It is difficult to unlock it. In fact, we thought it was broken when we first tried it and had to call the office for help. Replacing the lock would make life easier for guests. Other than that, this is a great unit - comfortable beds, peaceful view, and an easy bike ride or walk to the beach.

Perfect location

The condo was in a perfect location for us. The beach was an easy bike ride and so was Turtle Point Golf Course. We could bike to the Sanctuary and Night Heron Park, as well. The porch was a great spot to relax and enjoy the striped mullet leaping out of the water and we also had a sighting of an alligator several times during our stay. The beds were comfortable which is important when you are on vacation. The only suggestion I have would be to upgrade the 5 cup coffeemaker. But that is such a minimal inconvenience I even hesitated to include it. We would definitely consider another stay at this location.

Everything had been recently renovated, brand new bathrooms and kitchen, and we could tell lots of thought went into all the details.A few faves- The kitchen has a large empty pantry, perfect for storing your food for the week! No more cluttered countertops! King bed in the Master was comfy, and the two additional rooms are generously sized, with two large beds in each. The screened in porch with the lagoon view was perfect for bug free cocktails in the afternoon. The living room set up was very comfortable, especially the two swivel side chairs. It was a 2 minute bike ride to the beach, and we took advantage of the Island Beach Services to have umbrellas and chairs set up for us for the week. We used the $250 gear credit to rent bikes (a must!), and a skim board that our 12 year old adored.Turtle point has lovely paths with bridges over the ponds, we spent a lot of time biking, walking, taking pictures of wildlife.Wonderful condo, highly recommend!

There was painting cans and supplies left out in places from where someone has been working. We just moved them out of the way. 2. I was supposed to check in on a tablet but me and others staying could not find one anywhere. Again not a huge deal on that but lacks the details of being excellent. I do love the layout of the place and we had several people staying for my wedding. We had a great time.

Thank you for your review. The owners spent months finishing up some major renovations to the entire villa, and unfortunately the supplies were not able to be removed in the rush to finish things. They have now been removed. In regards to the tablet, we are still in the process of rolling out this new feature in all of our properties. As there are over 200, this has been a gradual process and we had not yet had the opportunity to get the tablet into this unit. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

I had to call.On the patio, there were large food crumbs left from either the cleaning crew or the last guests. There was some type of furniture cover underneath the sofa on the patio.Some of the blinds in the master bedroom and bathroom were broken; small amount of mold on the shower curtain in the master

Great Value on the Island

Kiawah as a whole was amazing. This building is a bit older property had been updated in the areas that count, its a little tight if you bring enough people to fill all the bedrooms and the toys that come with kids, but not problematic. The kitchen is tight, the beds were nice, the location was great and a very brief bike ride to the beach. We would stay here again.

It had everything you could ever want in the kitchen, plenty of clean comfy furniture inside, and out, and even a couple of Sonos for your listening pleasure. The walk or bike to the beach was so close we didn't always hop on the bikes to go. Beach Access 28 was sparsely populated too, which was especially great in these times.
