Sunny 2 bedroom holiday townhouse with sea view, fully furnished & equipped, 120m from beautiful Castor Bay / Kennedy Park (down walkway directly opposite driveway), 400m from Milford Beach, 1.3km to Milford Mall / shops / cafes. Ideal for 2 adults, or couple with child. King size pocket spring bed, plus one sofa bed in second bedroom. Nice private garden areas, 2-person spa pool (with pergola added Feb.'22), new Weber BBQ, and off street parking.
