Great located Bedroom for rent on a Dayly, Weekly or Monthly Agreement.
Perfect Coastal Retreat – Browns Bay
Enjoy the perfect location just a short 5-minute stroll to Browns Bay village and beach, and only 2 minutes to Rothesay Bay beach.
You’ll have a modern private room with a comfortable queen bed, office desk, and TV. Outside your room, there’s a shared area (only if another guest is staying) with a living space, mini-kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, and a large private deck, so it still feels very private at that end of the house.
At the other end of our spacious home, you’ll have access to:
Fully equipped shared kitchen
Laundry facilities
Dining and lounge areas
Table tennis and extra toilet
Plenty of outdoor spaces including a swimming pool in a tropical garden and a BBQ area
The house is large, and down the other end of the house you’ll be sharing with three friendly people: a mature and helpful flatmate, my working son, and myself. We all happy to help with any questions or help you may need.

Albany Mall – 10 min drive
Auckland City – 20 min drive
Bush walks, vineyards, golf courses, and more activities close by

You can always discuss check out time. I can be flexible if no other bookings are coming in, but other than that, the check out time will be 11 am

Why they chose this property
I have a Cleaning & Home Staging business where I storage all my funiture in this very spacy house (500sq) where I got a long time flatemate looking after everything while I'm away as well of my guests :) This property have space for socialising and privacy
What makes this property unique
We are next to nice beaches, good for a swim and relaxing. Browns Bay Village is just down the track 5 minute walking distance and got all the shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes you need. Also Sunday Markets every Sunday, so very lively.
If you interested in bush walks, vineyards, golfing, tennis, surfing, other markets for arts and food, then its all close buy on North Shore where you live.
Auckland City is also just 15 to 30 min away in car/bus.
Albany Mall and Stadium is 10 min away.
