Well Appointed Lake Front Ranch that Sleeps 10

Bring the extended family to stay at our sprawling 4 bedroom, 3 bath lakefront home. The home has a covered patio and oversized deck with sweeping views of Lake Palestine, seating for 12, and a a grill. Walk a few steps down the flagstone path to the built in fire pit for night time s'mores. Keep going to the boathouse, complete with a slip and lift for you boat, a sunning/swimming platform, and a fish cleaning station. It's a perfect spot for enjoying a sunny day or getting in some night fishing.

The inside of the house is just as inviting as the outside. There are four bedrooms, each with a king size bed. The master is at the back of the house to maximize the view of the lake. It has its own TV and attached bath with an oversized soaking tub and separate shower. Off the master is a sitting room with a queen size pull-out. There is a second master at the front of the house also with its own TV and an attached bath with a shower tub combo. There are two more good size bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub shower combo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, a coffee station, a full complement of cooking implements, and a wide selection of spices. It opens to a dining room
with seating for 12. On one side of the dining room is a comfortable living room with a 60 inch television equipped with YouTube TV. On the other side is a small den with another TV and door that takes you out to the back yard and to the master.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on Lake Palestine with easy access to south Tyler restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
