Apartamento em Condômino fechado super seguro com segurança durante o dia e noite. O apartamento é super functional com mobília nova e ar condicionado. Está há 50 m de parada de ônibus, supermercados, restaurantes,farmácia e alguns minutos de carro do hospital São Domingos. Somente 15 minutinhos de carro de praias, centro turístico da cidade e shopping malls. O apartamento está completo para hospedar e possui cafetera elétrica , panela de pressão, pratos, talheres, copos, chicaras, panelas e etc... Tem 2 quartos e 2 banheiros completo. Em um dos quartos tem uma cama de casal e no outro quarto duas de solteiro e 2 colchonetes. Se vier de carro, tem uma vaga disponível dentro do condômino.
