Sungold House - Hibiscus Apartment

The House : Sungold House is made up of three self contained, beautifully appointed units. Our maximum capacity is 12, but we keep our "full house" level at 10 to ensure your comfort and enjoyment of the facilities, and our ability to give you the personal attention that we have come to be known for.

Hibiscus:
This three-bedroom fully self contained apartment offers spacious and comfortable living for six. Children are welcome and the apartment is wheelchair accessible.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed (or two twins); air conditioner and ceiling fans; ensuite bathroom with shower. Two other bedrooms - both with king size or two twin beds - share a second bathroom which features tub and shower.

The well furnished open-plan living areas are cooled by ceiling fans, and a fully equipped kitchen provides all the conveniences of home. The dining room seats six and Al fresco dining on the west-facing patio which overlooks the pool deck and garden is an option.

On the pool deck you will find loungers, tables,umbrellas and plunge-pool.

Cable TV and free wireless internet connection, reading material and a selection of board and card games are supplied for your further convenience.

Smoking is NOT permitted in rooms.

We are confident that our knowledge of the island's secrets; our genuine love of what we do, and our attention to detail will enhance your Bajan experience. From sharing a home cooked meal with you or taking you to our favorite rum shop, we work hard (if you can call drinking ice-cold Banks Beer work) to make sure you enjoy all that the island has to offer.

Hi, I'm Barbadian by birth and spent several years in the UK. My husband Gary and I returned to Barbados in 1990 just after the birth of our first child Nathan. We have two daughters Krystal and Ashley. I worked for several hotels on the island, including Sandy Lane Hotel before we set up our business in 1998. We finished Sungold House in 2006 and have been welcoming guests ever since. I am definitely a people person and enjoy interacting with our guests from all over the world.

We are a small property hosting a maximum of three families (12 persons) at anyone time. Invariably you all become friends and plan to come back together next time. Seriously, each unit is private, the pool is refreshing and the honor bar is always fully stocked.
