Great place to stay with its easy access to the beach! The proximity to everything on the island was very convenient. The house itself does need a few little tweaks here and there but definitely has potential! Had a nice stay.

This place was a absolute charm. Loved all the special amenities. Being so close to the beach was fantastic. Would stay here again. Only down fall was it was a shared property.

The unit was very nice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed being as close to the beach as we were. Very convenient. We have been to AMI many times and this was our first time not staying on Pine Ave. Loved the location; quiet area.

Comfortable unit close to the beach. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had what we needed. Beach towels are there. We did end up renting beach chairs because the ones on site were broken. The neighbors renting the attached unit were pretty loud one night, so just be aware this property shares a wall with another unit. The property is in a good location.

The location of this property combined with its affordability make it a no brainer. The property itself is basic and cute but it is one house from the beach and withing easy walking distance to the Pine Ave shopping and restaurants. It is perfect for the family that is looking for a place to rest, eat, and clean up between beach time and island time. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved this sweet l little cottage. Perfect for our l purposes. Had to use outlet behind mattress for my CPAP, but it was fine! The twin beds were suoer comfy!! We are 66, so the master want them enough, but I'm sure fine for most!! Had a little living room with tv, clean kitchen with all sorts of utensils. Cooked. A little shower to rinse off outside the entrance near the kitchen and laundry room! Did laundry a couple of times. Great little cottage!!! The little sandy beach path (25 yards maybe from cottage driveway) to the ocean is sweet!! Peaceful side of the island. We had one day of overcast but a beautiful sunset and sunrise! Just lovely! Thank you!!
