Enjoy a simple, old fashioned seaside vacation in this adorable duplex west of Gulf Drive and just two houses from the beach in the quaint village of Anna Maria.

Walk up the shell path and enter through a shared screened in porch to a newly remodeled haven.

"Sun and Seader North" features an updated Kitchen with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Rest in comfort with a King bed in one bedroom, and two twin beds in the second bedroom.


Prepare your meals on the gas grill or stroll a few blocks for a meal at one of the many family-owned restaurants on Pine Ave and Gulf Drive.

No worries about traffic on this quiet dead end street. Play at the beach all day and be close enough to come home for lunch. Outdoor shower for easy clean up before entering.

If you need something bigger for your family, Rent the Southside unit and use the connecting door that joins the two sides.

While we know you love your furry friends, this property is not pet friendly. Please make other arrangements for your pets.

The location of this property combined with its affordability make it a no brainer. The property itself is basic and cute but it is one house from the beach and withing easy walking distance to the Pine Ave shopping and restaurants. It is perfect for the family that is looking for a place to rest, eat, and clean up between beach time and island time. We would definitely stay there again.

The beach was amazingly so close to the home.we loved everything about that. Wifi didnt work for us. The other side was rented out our last evening there..we would have liked to be notified of their arrival. All and all we left everything the way we found it adding some goodies for the cleaning ladies and a new blender to stay with the cottage

The king mattress was horrible, super hard, beyond firm. All of the ceiling fans made noises some only had one speed. The wifi password was wrong. A landscaping crew came and tore out all of the brick walkway so we had to come and go walking through uneven dirt and had to drag our new luggage through the dirt when we checked out. The girls in the adjacent unit slammed doors often

Simple with great beach access

1950s duplex with a few updates. Beach access was excellent. Access to shops was great. The one bathroom is very small. There is no dishwasher but the listing stated there was. Some construction across the street that was minimally distracting. Door locks were a little wonky. Overall, quiet and mostly comfortable.

Perfect!

Pelican Paradise is a wonderful layout in a super convenient location. It is within walking distance to Publix, making grocery shopping simple. The kitchen is laid out nicely and had everything you would need to cook for your stay. The in-home washer and dryer were convenient as well. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. We rented a golf cart but it had to be gas as the condo does not allow electric so keep that in mind. It was not an issue for us, though. There were several beach chairs, toys and a wagon for renters to use. We had the hall shower head break and the primary bathroom toilet handle break both on the Sunday before Memorial Day. I emailed Beach Boutique that evening not really sure when I would receive a response given the next day was a holiday. Early on Memorial Day, a very nice maintenance tech arrived and fixed both issues. We were shocked how quickly the issues were resolved. We had a lovely time and miss it already. I would love to live there in that very condo! Can't wait to visit again.

Amazing location, thoughtfully equipped

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location was perfect, steps to the incredibly beautiful beach. Nice and quiet. The unit had everything one would need and more (Britta water filter/Coffee grinder/tea lights/vase for flowers!) - far more than any other rental we have stayed at. Very nice gas grill; we enjoyed cooking in. Bed very comfy. Recommend staying. It should be 5 stars but housekeeping was a C- (property manager stated they are changing to a different cleaning company so hopefully not a concern in the future) A few other updates needed/recommended: there was only one truly useable beach chair and that was often taken by the other unit; would suggest 2 new beach chairs designated for each unit (not to be shared) There was no outdoor lighting for the walkway to the driveway, it was very dark. The showerhead is far too low, at 5'7 I had to squat to get under it. Very uncomfortable showering.

Great Weekend Getaway

This property is clean, well maintainned and well supplied. We were there for a weekend getaway with a visiting friend and had a wonderful time. The beach is a two minute walk and there are several shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great location.
