Storey Lake Resort is a gated community. Please present your digital or printed welcome packet at arrival to receive your re-entry pass.

Self Check-In
Guests receive a personalized door code prior to arrival. There is no lobby or in-person check-in.

Starter Supplies (First Day Only – Not Replenished)
• 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish detergent
• 1 sponge

Guests are responsible for additional supplies during their stay.

Kitchen Essentials
Pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware are provided.
Seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not supplied.

Pool Heating (Optional)
• Available October–March for $45 per day
• Must be requested before arrival for the entire stay
• Takes 24–48 hours to heat
• Not available April–September
• Heating effectiveness may vary if outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F

Pool Maintenance
• Pools are serviced every Monday and may be unavailable for up to 3 hours
• Pool heating does not reach hot tub temperatures

Grill Notice
• No grill onsite
• Grill rentals are allowed from local providers
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not the patio
